METASLA has announced a new pixel art open-world action RPG, called Sea Fantasy. This new 2D RPG will be released in February 2025, and below you can find its debut gameplay trailer.
According to its description, this is the story of two young men who set out on an adventure to fish for the SeaAZ, the marine creatures of this world. So, yes. The game will allow you to go fishing. In fact, that will be one of its key features. So, when you find a fish shadow, you’ll have to match the marker and throw the rod. Match the timing of the gauge to reduce the health of the SeaAZ and catch the SeaAZ.
Players will also be able to explore the vast pixel world freely by boat. Additionally, they’ll be able to explore dungeons, as well as craft fishing rods and hooks.
METASLA also claims that the game will have an epic story. So, players will be battling monsters in an attempt to save the world. We can also assume that we’ll be gathering a group of allies (like in most RPGs).
Anyway, it will be a while until we get our hands on Sea Fantasy. So, until then, you can go ahead and enjoy the following video!
