As promised, Radiant Entertainment has made Rising Thunder’s technical alpha available to everyone. This basically means that everyone can head to the official site, sign up, download the client and start playing.
Rising Thunder is a PC-only fighting game that is going to be free-to-play, is being created by Seth Killian (ex-Capcom combat advisor and game designer), and will be powered by Unreal Engine 4 and GGPO3.
