KRAFTON has officially revealed PUBG: BLINDSPOT, the latest title from PUBG STUDIOS previously known as Project ARC. Moreover, the publisher announced that a playable demo will be available on Steam starting February 21st.

This demo will mark the first opportunity for most players worldwide to experience the game. It will also allow PUBG STUDIOS to gather player feedback to refine and enhance the gameplay during development.

PUBG: BLINDSPOT is a 5v5 team-based top-down tactical shooter that delivers fast-paced, strategy-driven combat with intense firefights and realistic gunplay. The game aims to blend the thrill of high-intensity shooters with the strategic depth unique to the top-down perspective.

To be honest, I’m pleasantly surprised by the top-down viewpoint. Normally, you’d expect a tactical shooter to use a first-person or third-person viewpoint. And, in a way, I like the top-down viewpoint.

In the upcoming demo, players will get access to 10 unique characters with their own signature weapons and special tools. The demo will have 3 intense team deathmatch maps, and 4 demolition mission maps.
