Days Gone feature

PC gamers can now play Days Gone and MediEvil Remake via Playstation Now

Sony has announced that Days Gone and MediEvil Remake are currently available on Playstation Now. As such, PC gamers can now use this subscription service in order to play these two PS4 exclusive games.

Playstation Now is a subscription service that lets you stream PS4 games on different devices. What this basically means is that you need a Playstation Network account in order to use this service. Moreover, this service does not provide any PC enhancements to the PS4 games. Thus, don’t expect better framerates or support for K&M.

All you have to do in order to use Playstation Now is download the PS Now app, connect a DUALSHOCK 4 wireless controller and start streaming hundreds of games on-demand.

According to Sony, Days Gone is available on Playstation Now until January 5th, 2021. Additionally, MediEvil Remake and RAD are also available on Playstation Now. Furthermore, PC gamers can get access to more than 800 PS4 games via Playstation Now.

For what it’s worth, Sony has not announced any other PS4-exclusive game for the PC!

  1. If Sony wants PC gamers to take them serious they with make their PS now service have games that are actual PC versions like Xbox live is on Windows 10

  2. PSNow on PC is big trash.
Stream is in VBR mode with low bitrate, you can’t selecet QUALITY, it’s been few years and app is till very buggy and broken, app wii tell you that you’r connection was lost, or is bad meanwhile is all good on your side (speedtest, bloat test etc all green) but still the app will lower the bitrate and resolution to 240p or it will simple close.

PS3 games are 720p30fps, PS4 games are 1080p30fps even those 60fps games like COD are still streamed in 30fps.
Input lag is bigger than in Geforce NOW, many PS Exclusive games are only playable with DualShock 3 or 4 becasue those games are using motion controls or touchpad -.-

App was programmed by some junior programmer that read book “how to program by Walmart”

    1. ***PS3 games are 720p30fps, PS4 games are 1080p30fps***
They are like that on native consoles, not just via streaming.

  3. I can easily see Days Gone hitting PC (natively) next year. Horizon is extremely unlikely to be the only AAA game Sony will bring to PC.

  4. HOW MUCH A MONTH? Maybe 5$ but anything more? lol xbox lets me play old/modern and ALL new releases lol…. PS wants me to pay for things I can pirate? lol! Ahahahaahhahaha~~~~~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  5. looking at HZD which this first happen to a while back.
then it actually got a real pc release which nobody saw coming.
it may be possible for other games to be like this as well.

it’s not yet clear though on how sony wants to space out their pc releases.
maybe every 3 months 2 new titles could be teased and scheduled.

  6. I used a free trial to play Spider-Man earlier this year and it was pretty sweet. Not worth paying for of course, but the latency was fine at least.

  7. They won’t announce any new exclusives on PC platform before new consoles has released. Sony consumers are going to be more pissed and potentially will lose some sales. Look how did they cry when 3 year old exclusive was announced on PC. Main reason I don’t play on console I cant play games with controller expect racing, fighting and sports games. PC gives me freedom to choose how to play. So for me its not playable on PC.

  8. I hate subscription services but Sony should really think about competing with Microsoft with PSNow. On PC it’s an overpriced joke as it is
