Codemasters has unveiled, via a new video, the third part in the Overlord series. Overlord 3 will be officially announced tomorrow, will feature four Overlords to choose from, and will most probably be a co-op based Top-Down RPG. Naturally, this doesn’t seem like what Overlords fans have been waiting for. The game will be officially unveiled tomorrow at 2pm but until then, enjoy its ‘reveal’ video after the jump!

Top-down is a wise choice for more tactical gameplay. But the downside is that is not true to the original 3rd person.

Yeah, i got a feeling this is going to be an absolute fail and not even Overlord at all, imo.
Next thing they will say is that it’s going to be a “F2P” MOBA with micro-transactions…

I doubt that changing the camera perspective is as crucial as an complete change of the genre.
