NVIDIA GeForce Hotfix Driver 591.67 Released & Detailed

NVIDIA has released a new hotfix driver for its graphics cards. According to the release notes, the NVIDIA GeForce Hotfix Driver 591.67 fixes three specific issues that plagued its graphics cards. So, let’s take a closer look at them.

The NVIDIA GeForce Hotfix Driver 591.67 fixes a bug that could cause slight banding on gradients in SDR color mode. This is an issue that frustrated a lot of NVIDIA users. So, it’s good news that the green team has finally fixed it.

Moreover, this new hotfix driver fixes an issue that could cause colors not to be applied correctly when using Digital Vibrance. It also fixes a bug that prevented users from deselecting “Show Notification Tray Icon” from NVIDIA Control Panel.

Like always, the NVIDIA GeForce Hotfix Driver 591.67 has all the tweaks, fixes, and changes of the latest WHQL driver. As I’ve said multiple times, though, if you don’t suffer from these issues, you can skip it. If you have a driver without the banding issue and do not care about the latest game performance tweaks, you can skip this hotfix driver. If, on the other hand, you want the latest driver, you should get it.

You can go ahead and download the driver from this link. Below, you can also find its complete changelog.
