NVIDIA has just released a new driver for its graphics cards. The NVIDIA GeForce 591.59 WHQL driver offers the best gaming experience for the latest games and updates.
From what I could see, there aren’t any specific optimizations for any of the latest games. This driver appears to be aiming to fix some general issues that we’re about to list.
So, the NVIDIA GeForce 591.59 WHQL driver fixes the HDR toggle in Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla, which was not functional with Smooth Motion. It also resolves some stability issues in Enshrouded on the NVIDIA RTX 50 series GPUs. Dying Light: The Beast should also be more stable than before.
This new driver fixes a problem that could make screen colors fade when changing to a non-native resolution. It also fixes an issue where using RTX HDR on some TVs could cause games to show a black screen.
As you can see, this doesn’t appear to be a major new driver. So, if you do not suffer from the above issues, you can safely skip it. As they say, don’t try to fix it if it ain’t broken.
Like always, you can download this new driver from NVIDIA’s official website. Below, you can also find its complete changelog.
