No More Heroes 3 is officially coming to PC this Fall

XSEED Games has just announced that No More Heroes 3 will be coming to PC this Fall. And, to be honest, we are not that surprised by this announcement. After all, both No More Heroes and No More Heroes 2 are already available on PC.

No More Heroes III is an action-adventure hack-and-slash game that came out in 2021 for Nintendo Switch. However, and given the lackluster ports of the first two games, we’d suggest tempering your expectations. Let’s also not forget that No More Heroes 3 uses Unreal Engine 4 (hello stuttering).

Here is the game’s story description:

“Otaku hero Travis Touchdown is back once more, forced out of retirement to defend Santa Destroy, and Earth, in an intergalactic test of might while proving he’s more than just a washed up has-been who talks to his cat. Warm up those beam katanas, tighten the all-new Death Glove, and get ready to partake in outrageous boss battles against the evil Prince FU and his nine alien henchmen as Travis fights his way to the top of the Galactic Superhero Rankings!”

And, well, that’s it. XSEED Games did not share any new screenshots or a new trailer for it.

      1. Good chance it’ll probably still suck. Japanese developers are still widely incompetent when it comes to optimising for PC after all of these years.

  1. People like myself who enjoyed the first game? You’re right about the fact that there’s no demand outside of Nintendo’s platforms. The series only seems to do well with Nintendo, considering the fact that the motion control gimmick is part of what made the first game somewhat popular on the Wii. The NMH franchise is just fun and quirky and it’s obviously not for everyone just like any other game.

  2. Guess this port will be just as disappointing as the ports of the first 2 games (Still waiting for patches) now with extra UE4 problems.

  3. I’m reading on PCgamingwiki that No More Heroes 1 & 2 have always online DRM and won’t boot from Steam offline mode. WTF?
