Blueside and Gameforge have announced that Kingdom Under Fire 2 will be coming to the West in November 2019. In order to celebrate this announcement, the teams have released a new cinematic trailer that you can find below.
Kingdom Under Fire 2 promises to combine the massively multiplayer online roleplaying game (MMORPG) and real-time strategy (RTS) genres for a hybrid title unrivaled in its epic scale.
The game is set in a world where three powerful factions compete for control over the land of Bersia. These three factions are: the Human Alliance, Dark Legion, and Encablossians. Players can choose from several hero classes and focus on building up their individual characters. Players will also be able to command massive armies as war strategists.
Kingdom Under Fire 2 takes place 50 years after the events of Kingdom Under Fire: The Crusaders and promises to feature an immersive story campaign. Not only that, but its campaign can be experienced in multiplayer online or in solo play.
Enjoy this cinematic trailer and stay tuned for more!

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2. This thing has been released and shutdown enough times to make your head spin. Reading through its history, gave me logistic whiplash.
It actually looked amazing in 2011
Now it’s just another Korean F2P MMO with some gimmicks.
It’s shame that the original KUF that released on Xbox, had no proper remaster afterwards. Xbox emulation is still far from playable, and Blueside is currently stuck in limbo of MMO development hell. If KUF 2 somehow succeed, Blueside might consider to bring the original masterpiece onto modern hardwares. In my opinion, the original KUF is the best singleplayer game ever came out of South Korea.
