IO Interactive, the team behind the Hitman series, has announced a new official James Bond game, codenamed Project 007. In order to celebrate this announcement, the team released a teaser trailer that you can find below.

Project 007 will feature an original Bond story, and players will step into the shoes of… wait for it… Agent 007. According to its description, players will have to earn their 00 status in the very first James Bond origin story.

Unfortunately, IO Interactive has not revealed any additional details. As such, we don’t know whether this is a third-person or first-person game. We also don’t know on which platforms it will release. Our guess is that Project 007 will be coming on PC, Xbox Series X and PS5.

      1. I’ve seen people arguing wheter they should fork over 570 dollars (or more) to play the brand new Demon’s Souls Remake, and people complain about Epic Store? Sorry mate, it’s hard to care about this stuff.

      1. I think they should eat sh*t because of the always-online DRM personally.
Epic exclusivity is just the cherry on top.

      2. I’m playing the first of the Hitman reboot right now and it’s very good… and the second one have Overwhelmingly Positive reviews on Steam… Such a shame they are going Epic Cancer Store exclusive for the 3rd…

        1. Why do you keep on going on about Elite Dangerous? This is not your only post about this. No one cares, Elite Dangerous was NEVER an exclusive. What gives man? I know you are smarter than this.

          1. “a MMORPG you can’t pirate anywhere”

Because people dismiss free games with lame excuses such as “i can pirate this game if i want”, so they miss out on multiplayer games or games with multiplayer just because Epic will give their lame a$$ data to China or some other lame excuse.

          2. “a MMORPG you can’t pirate anywhere”

Because people dismiss free games with lame excuses such as “i can pirate this game if i want”, so they miss out on multiplayer games or games with multiplayer just because Epic will give their lame a*s data to China or some other lame excuse.

    1. You are talking about Hitman 3, there’s no confirmation this game will go Epic exclusive, and it’s not like Epic is a hardware aniways, i would pirate the game regardless of which route they make.

      1. So when did piracy ever become “bad”, in order for them to be made “great” again? Was it when Steam took PC’s by storm or what?

In any case this week Epic is giving away a game you can’t really pirate, so here’s an real opportunity for a free game you can’t get anywhere else.

    2. Oh no! They took away my steamerino! I can’t collect badges and other childish sh*t! Nooo mommy please make developers pay a brutal 30% share of their profits to Valve so I can keep collecting badges!

      1. Hey, Dip$hit… When did I mention anything about steam? Your cognitive dissonance is showing, you C*CK Juggling Thunder C*nt. Badges & Trophy? I can’t believe I just cussed out a 7 year old Pillow Biter. Get Fuq’d & don’t put words in my mouth.

      2. I have no love for Valve, but you’re a lying shill.
Because 1: it’s not a fixed 30% at it wasn’t since before the Epoz Store existed. The share depends on sales, the more sales, the less percentage Steam takes, 30% is just the maximum share.
And 2: 30% is not even unique to steam, every other digital store in existence takes 30%, including consoles and the Microsoft Store that Tim Swiney loves so much.

        1. Ignore that Breeder, because I never once mentioned Steam or even care t to mention steam. SHIM, is just looking for attention.

  1. Fans “wow its gonna be like hitman but james bond”

reality “its a vr game/ its based on the new bond that a black woman is 007”

(Not making the last part up)

      1. mate it was borring, the intro was him beating the crap out of people no gadget, stupid story, when i saw him spinning his car around and crashing it and then getting hit in the balls , i was like “enough, you ruined and humiliated james bond, go away”.

        1. That was the point of the story he was still learning his craft and made mistakes hence the whole Martini scene, and that’s partly why I liked it.

          1. and yet so many movies later its still trash. If anyone makes another “origins” story ill go postal.

    1. But we’ve got better characters, stunts and a much darker tone, the Pierce Brosnan movies look like cartoons compared to the new ones, Quantum of Solace was trash though

      1. What’s wrong with cartoons?

And why do people always want dark and depressing tones?

You guys need to chill – people like to watch movies to entertain themselves. There is no fun in watching drab and depressing stuff.

        1. “What’s wrong with cartoons?”
Nothing, i just don’t expect cartoons when i watch an action/espionnage movie with secret agencies and global terror

“people always want dark and depressing tones”
“people like to watch movies to entertain themselves”
Well, you have to chose only one statement about what you think people like

“There is no fun in watching drab and depressing stuff”
Wrong, first of all it depends on the context and the movie, then a lot of great movies are dark and depressing, some of them are complex, i even heard that horror movies actually exist, shocking huh ?? Anyway i’m glad that Hollywood isn’t all about Avengers and Transformers

      2. who cares about darker tones when the villain has a golden gun made by a pen and a lighter and his henchman have iron jaw teeth and a midget with a hat that cuts people in half and cars that go underwater and shoot rockets?

        “but those are all ridiculous”

and super cool with good humor and pretty women, meanwhile what do the new movies have? NOTHING.

        1. “who cares about darker tones when the villain has a golden gun made by a pen and a lighter and his henchman have iron jaw teeth and a midget with a hat that cuts people in half and cars that go underwater and shoot rockets?”

Lol, i legit laughed at this one, yeah i guess these movies have their particular charm, never denied that, the new ones are different but great nonetheless, i guess they will all become great movies when 007 becomes a strong woman anyway, just like the prequel trilogy of SW

      3. The new Bond movies lack the charm of the old ones. The Brosnan ones tailed off hard, especially Die Another Day, but Goldeneye is one of the best movies in the series. They tried to copy the Bourne movies and it came out half baked, boring and taking its self way too seriously.

Its just not Bond anymore. But there have been dark times in the franchise before and it recovered.

        1. I don’t personally consider the Daniel Craig movies a failure, they’ve been a success overall, and don’t forget that Casino Royale is inspired by the book of the same name written by Ian Flemming himself, i don’t how people think “it’s different”

          1. I liked Casino Royale for what it was, but it was apparent that they were trying very hard to be gritty and taken serious.

The next ones I found completely forgettable and they all just blur together in beige, greys, and navy blues. Never liked Craig as Bond either. He always looks like he’s about to cry.

    2. For me Daniel Craig Bond is like Nolan Batman. While pierce Brosnan Bond just like george clooney Batman….but yeah,Craig Bond movie a little bit lack of sexy woman compared to Brosnan..

      1. I would like an Alpha Protocol style game, but with good gameplay and the 007 franchise, but that’s just me dreaming.

        1. RPG mechanics don’t make any sense in the context of Bond. He has a defined character, his game should be the anti-RPG. You shouldn’t have any choices besides which bad guy to shoot first. Even what drink to order in a bar is predetermined.

          1. If we are talking about “origin story”, then he is just fresh out of the academy and need to learn things in order to be a veteran.

          2. It’s an origin story, being an RPG in that context fits like a glove (not to mention that every single game nowadays have an RPG component or at least levelling system, so the kids can keep their attention for a minute longer).
Being a defined character is not a good argument, what about Geralt of Rivia for instance?

          1. Games like Thief or early Metal Gear games where barely playable as action games. And Thief restrict the action on higher difficulty (can’t kill anyone).

          2. A pure stealth game would suck because being caught would mean insta fail. But i’m just saying IO can’t just make a Hitman clone on a franchise that is more know by COD like action set pieces.

          3. OK, i expect a 007 Legends then…by your logic a franchise can do only a genre of games (even when you have a racing game with the 007 license)

          4. Lol, a racing game is more likely than a pure stealth game. It’s not like IO is a one trick pony, they have action games under their belt.

        1. Everything has to be spelled out for you it seems or you just run with your own assumptions/conclusion. You are either a very literal person or you just don’t give a Damn to read between the lines. In this case it’s not much to read between. Holy crap man, none of what you just said is what we were just talking about. Holy Holy…

          1. I just don’t agree with the assumption that they will make a Hitman clone, it’s not even in their best interests, a corridor shooter is cheaper to make and they are not a one trick pony like you want to imply.

      1. True, but since they worked on the Kane and Lynch games..well, there’s your action sequence for you (a third person cover shooter).

        1. It’s been ages since those games where popular, i think there is only Gears of War nowadays. I didn’t hate Kane & Lunch games btw.

  2. I hope they don’t turn this iconic character into woke Bond…also if there’s no beautiful women in thid Bond game, that is a big insult…

  3. Epic launch, epic fail, no doubt….

That’s a shame too because I’d LOVE a good 007 game again… Especially since I won’t ever be getting another good 007 film again, just Jane Bond filling diversity quotas. Oddly enough, now you’ll have a woman taking orders from a commanding man since they made ‘M’ a man again. I can’t wait to see how the media will gripe about that one “No we have a female Bond who’s taking orders from a white mansplainer??”

I guess you can only please one minority group at a time!

    1. New Bond…no need a suit and fancy gadget. Just a funny colored haircut, pierce and tatoo in arms+whine about everything.

    2. There is a high chance that IOI themselves are already pozzed though, the touch of sexiness from the previous Hitman games (the nuns, nightclubs, strip clubs, etc.) appeared to be missing from the last two entries, suspiciously after a certain someone screeched about the strip club level in Hitman Absolution. So I would expect future IOI games to fall into the same BS that’s going on with the new Bond movie.

      1. Apparently this is an origin story so I’m not worried about black female bond being anywhere near this. IO hasn’t been very SJW in the past either.

          1. I played through both. Apart from maybe a couple levels in sh*tholes like India I don’t remember it being that bad with SJW stuff.

There was the co-op characters who were a black dude and a pink haired chick, but I never played those and it seemed like it was just shoehorned into the throwaway story part.

          2. “There was the co-op characters who were a black dude and a pink haired chick”

Off course, when there is room for it, they will include diversity stuff, and in the case of Hitman, it was mostly his assassination targets.

          3. I did find this funny as well, compared to previous Hitman games where you kill mostly white males and the ocasional white woman, you can’t deny they are taking representation and SJW issues seriously as they adapt their work to current year standards.

          4. You can find a lot of clues in worldbuilding as well, i think the most egregious example is in the mission where you have to kill the black women twins in Hitman 2

          5. Ya I remember that being a little ridiculous. As if the illuminati or whatever would hand down the reigns to a couple moronic black chicks. It kinda makes sense if you believe Beyonce has secret powers or something, but I equate that with the We Wuz Kangz theory.

  4. youtube censoring comments as usual. they won’t let you even respond lmao.
60 iq neegers and teenage f4gs licking a*s as always in the comments.

      1. no, i’m sure it’s youtube. most comments i post on youtube gets deleted. I think i’m reported a lot or because of profanity i get detected as a spammer or something by their algorithm, i don’t know.

  5. “Ian Fleming will be ashamed to see his work pozzed to core by these f4ggots.”

Ian Flaming is dead you know?

“They already made Diana super ugly with their new garbage GaaS Hitman reboot trash.”

I barely remember how Diana looked in previous games, but yeah they put much enphasis in her in the new ones (not really ugly i would say). I’m curious about their GaaS, is there microtransactions or something? I can play the pirated version just fine, the additions like entering a mission with a disguise or choosing an equipment seems pointless to me.

  6. The most recent Bond movies were already completely lacking the charm of Ian Fleming. Hopefully it finally crashes and burns with this final Craig movie and they do a reboot like they did with Goldeneye.

  7. I’ve been begging and praying for years for a new Bond game. Such a huge fan of the franchise… But nowadays I just couldn’t care less :/ Modern politics has ruined gaming so much for me. At least the mainstream ones.
