Microsoft has just announced the next part in the Forza Horizon series, Forza Horizon 6. Forza Horizon 6 will take place in Japan, and it will come out in 2026. Below, you can also find its debut cinematic trailer.
Microsoft has not shared any additional details. We can assume, though, that it will be developed by Playground Games. The game will also be powered by the same engine that Forza Horizon 5 used.
Microsoft has shared even more trailers during its TGS 2025 show. I’ll be sure to share them in a separate article shortly.

The most boring arcade racer is back.
ikr? The first two at least felt somewhat fresh, but 3 and onwards they've turned the series into the most sterile, average, "for everyone" racing game ever. It does a lot of things but does them in a very boring way. I love racing games but couldn't even be bothered to pirate those three latest games.

in the past this would have been amazing, now with tokyo extreme racer and japanese drifter master and how carx street is clearly based in japan, its not that great, but hey hopefully more urban environments and less empty deserts.
Unless they actually fix the invisible-wall hedge maze that every previous FH city has been then this could be the worst one.

I stopped getting excited for these Forza Horizon games years ago. Just more of the same sh*t in a new location. Just pure milking at this point.
