Fallout 76 beta will begin this October

Bethesda has announced that the beta phase for Fallout 76 will begin in October, one month prior to the game’s release. The team did not reveal the content that will be available in the beta, although we do know that Bethesda will start selecting those that have pre-ordered the game in October.

In Fallout 76, players will be able to create their character with the S.P.E.C.I.A.L system and forge their own path in a new and untamed wasteland with hundreds of locations.

Fallout 76 is set in West Virginia  and players will work together, or not, to survive. Under the threat of nuclear annihilation, players will experience the largest, most dynamic world ever created in the legendary Fallout universe.

Fallout 76 will be released on November 14th, promises to feature all-new graphics, lighting and landscape technology that will bring to life six distinct West Virginia regions, and is the biggest Fallout game as it’s 4X times the size of Fallout 4.

Stay tuned for more!

  1. Does the game will be released on Steam? I find weird the use of the generic “PC Game” logo instead of the Steam one in trailers and other media

  2. Todd made it clear to everyone that all games will be developed internally so another new vegas can be avoided.

  3. Oh so the marketing tool “beta” to con consumers into preordering their ip-reskinned Battlecry Studios MMO is coming out ONLY a month before launch? What could go wrong?
