Turtle Rock Studios has detailed the day-one patch for Evolve. According to the team, this day-one patch will come with balancing tweaks, various game and level-loading optimizations, general bug fixes, as well as new Elite skins for Hunters and Monsters that are based on feedback the team received from the community.
Moreover, this day-one patch will add connectivity to work with Evolve Hunters Quest. Evolve Hunters Quest app is described as a fun Match-3 puzzle combat game that also has ties into the main game through the my2K servers. In Evolve Hunters Quest, players can earn experience and watch overhead match replays through the app. This app will be free for iOS, Android and Windows Phone.
This update will weight around 3GB in size, and will be available tomorrow.

Didn’t even know the game was releasing so soon. Because of the Alpha it feels like it already released, no interest anymore. =/
They stated at one time their target frame rate was 60fps on both PS4/X1. It’s been confirmed by DF they both run at 30, and apparently dip below it at times. X1 is also running at a paultry 900p to boot, while PS4 is native 1080. Both fall short.
But what’s worse is their pre-order/dlc model. I was very much looking forward to this game, but i refuse to support their insanity. It’s insulting, and only hurts us all. Turtle rock and 2K can both take a flying leap.
I knew it wouldn’t hit 60fps on consoles because my Phenom II + 750Ti @ 900p is on par with X1 with most of AAA games, and I can play it at solid 40fps, no more, no less.
You are slightly being bottlenecked by the CPU (unless this is a OEM 750Ti with no aftermarket cooler)
If it is a 3rd party cooler 750ti go overclock it, i’ve gotton 500~mb on mem and clockspeed.. Around 8 fps minimum in bf3.
i find this game boring, 2 thirds of the time is spent running around the level doing nothing but chasing the blip on the map.
