DayZ – Update 0.60 is now available to the public, includes new DX11 Renderer

Bohemia Interactive has announced the release of the highly anticipated 0.60 patch for DayZ. This update features the new DX11 renderer that significantly increases the game’s performance on a variety of PC configurations. This patch will be auto-downloaded from Steam, and you can view below some comparison videos between the game’s DX9 and DX11 modes!

    1. Their ALPHA was not even alpha but a prototype … And their Target group have/had the patience of a kid in a candy store 😛
      IF they told them that it will be out in 4-5-6 years Almost nobody would buy it…

      1. Man, i bought it when it went online on steam amd GOD DAMN that game was sooo freaking early access that it was unbearable. I had to uninstal for the sanity of my mental health.

      2. Thats false. They could’ve said they were forced to put it on EA and they don’t want anyone to purchase it and people would purchase it and say there wasn’t enough mechs.
