  1. Disney have shut down all their gaming divisions though, even the succesful ones like Lucas Arts & the Devs behind Infinity, this is a strange move by Fox since Disney will likely shut them down in the future.

  2. i don’t think anything good will come out of this, i was watching promethus sequel couple days ago and i was damn i wish there was a good alien game coming, 2010’s alien vs predator published by sega is the best alien game imo

    1. 2010’s AVP by Rebellion was a very average game, the first and the second developed by Monolith were miles better, and you forgot Alien Isolation who is simply one of the best Alien game out there

      1. The first & third one was done by Rebellion. Monolith only did the second one, which still considered the best.

      2. stop being such a dumb hipster caunt, 2010 was greatest by far if you would have bothered to buy it instead of pirating it.

          1. no i was born in 1992, you must be an autistic fat neckbeard hipster, i played avp2 the day it came out and for todays standards it’s garbage, even back then other than marine campaign it was pretty shet so stfu and crawl back to your hole dumb hipster

          2. HAHA angryman is angry, so pathetic and funny how you defend your bad taste kid, listen here, the game you want to defend is known for having very poor level design, generic atmosphere and just OK visuals for a 2010 game, AVP2 is garbage for today standards… yes you’re right, but it’s a 2001 game, 2010 AVP is garbage even the day it came out, now it just vanished like the sh*t it is, i wish your sh*tty taste vanish as well

          3. you talk out of your a$$, nerds like you didn’t like that game back then because nerds are nerds and they always find reasons to hate on anything new, funny how everyone misses the 2010 game and if you actually bothered to buy it instead of pirating it you’d know that it had a great multiplayer

          4. Just like you find reasons to hate Alien Isolation… I don’t hate 2010 AVP, it’s not interesting enough to hate it, and i don’t know what you mean by “everyone misses the 2010 game” actually in the real world, all i see is a 68% metascore and a game everyone has forgot 2 days after release

          5. 2010’s avp had a good multiplayer, the palyerbase is dead but if you check the forums people are trying to revive it, it scored low back then because it was short and very lacking compared to previous games, it is definitely an underrated game though

          6. i started playing both again
            avp2:
varied missions, marine weapons feel better, kills are more satisfying, more gameplay details and longer campaigns
avp2010: much better visuals, short campaign, better atmosphere, multiplayer was fun, less satisfying kills and weapon sounds, reused locations

  3. Please don’t. We don’t need more Alien anything. The franchise has been dead for 20 years and should have stayed dead after A3. Not even a legitimate remake of AVP would be cool.

  4. Yeah who are these two upstart companies? IMO with Randy Pitchford heading up Gearbox, I know they’d do an amazing job on an Aliens game.
