    1. Koei’s been getting better about 30 fps locks lately (though those games are still always locked to 60 fps), but I’d still expect crap optimization and lazy options menus.

  1. Wow, wasn’t expecting this on PC at all. To think just a few years ago PC versions of these niche titles would be unheard of. Things have changed quite a bit for the better thanks to Steam’s global outreach.

      1. Yes, that’s also another major factor. x86 on console was a big boon for PC as well with previous console-only devs now switching over to PC more easily.

  2. seems like their latest PC port was Arslan game and it was actually good compared to some of their other ports (60 fps,4K support and better graphics than PS4 version according to the top review on Steam page) so maybe there is hope. if their port team put some more effort behind the PC version this can sell a good amount on Steam.

hope they announce Toukiden 2 for PC.

  3. But isn’t Toei known for garbage Ports? I would not preorder this after their last few screwups.

  4. This is precisely the kind of game I’d probably only get on PC. The kind that I would normally pass straight up unless it was really cheap (Steam sale fodder, basically).

  5. The trailer showed one of the most exciting battles in the manga…and the most shocking for me to read through. All those lives snuffed out like nothing!

That said I’m glad the PC is getting the game, too.
