I played about 15 minutes of this game. So boring and full of revisionist history.
people who can’t judge a game by gameplay trailers always fascinate me, did you have to play it to know it’s shet?
Just accept that everyone doesn’t have as low standards as you have.
how did you get that from my comment?i must have high standards to not like shetty games that you do.
I read into it wrong. Now I get what you tried to say. Oh welp lol, I agree. One should even know it’s shait just by seeing that ubisoft logo in the debut trailer lol. Avoid at all cost!
Do you have a personal beef with me dagoat because I defended Halo 3?
I didn’t buy the game, I knew what it was back when it was announced (Its an Ubisoft game). I played it the same way anyone else who dislikes Ubisoft should, without paying for it.
believe me i have memory of a goldfish and despite my trolling here i probably have a low iq as well so no unless you’re like kim or someone who’s famous/infamous here i won’t remember you and even if i do, i never hold grudge. if you dislike ubisoft then why do you play their games at first place?you say you knew it was bad and you dislike ubisoft but you gave it a try?
I’ve enjoyed Ubisofts games in the past but I still hate the company. Mostly for its SJW bullshit. I like trying lots of games, even if I don’t play them. I like to see how they run on my PC. I only played Origins for a bit because of the HDR, since I had bought a 4K HDR TV recently.
ok, makes sense. but for me, i think it’s waste of time and space on my PC.
I did. It’s “shet.”
It’s at about €45 now in cdkey sites…is it worth it? There’s also a season pass :/
You can try out the Jack Sparrow version to find out…
Its 100% free if you pirate it. I support developers I respect. I take advantage of those I don’t. But to answer your question, its not even worth 10 pounds.
I haven’t pirated anything in since probably 2011/2012.
Is there a place where I can also download the latest patch (1.07)?
Not sure but goodolddownloads(dot)com is a good site. I tend to get false positive for virus’s on their torrents more than others though. If that bothers you skidrow-reloaded is another good site.
A massive patch just after being cracked? Coincidence? Or they held up on us?
I think it’s because the game cracked..
These changes were announced and planned before it was cracked about two weeks back.
Visual customization…………Skins incoming……..As if this couldn’t go lower.
Why does my comment need to be approved because I used the word a**ed? I thought DSOG had a vote not long ago, for no moderation?
I suppose the word FILTER is still in place, despite the “unrestrained policy” which others voted for the new Comment Section Policy.
I can understand your point of view though, but JOHN made this clear before as well. This is what he had to say regarding the recent poll/voting which took place this year on October:
To quote his post:
“”So for the next year, our Comment Policy will be “Unrestrained”, meaning
that in October 2019 we’ll have another poll for our Comment Policy.
However, and as we’ve already explained, the word filter will remain as
harsh language can get the website into trouble with Google.
We’ve explained the situation and since we don’t have enough Patreon backers,
we cannot remove it (obviously if we are – ever – funded via Patreon, we will remove it).””
I’m wondering what AC will look like on next-gen if it’s at this scale, scope and complexity on current gen.
Will always regret that Rogue didn’t have a full AC budget, that it wasn’t at Black Flag (or AC3 even) budget, polish and content and that Unity is overall the mess that it is 🙁
first friendly npc is looking like a transgender kid. anyone else thinking that too?.
Well i for one appreciate these posts on patches for the game. Kinda bored of all the ubisoft negativity around here. Regardless of the tons of faults with the game, it’s still fun(yeah yeah, low standards, whatever).
“Optimized CPU usage when the game is minimized”? Wow that’s so useful, i’m gonna reach 60 fps now when i’m browsing reddit and not playing.
Just started this game, and so far it’s probably the best looking AC yet.
Only level 6, so haven’t gotten far. But combat is better than Origins (which was excellent) and the controls are very mouse and keys friendly.
Can’t wait to get home to dive back in.
When will people stop turning something as simple and as enjoyable as playing a video game into a political or societal struggle instead of just enjoying the damn game or finding something else they enjoy? They’re not entitled to your money, nor are you entitled to getting exactly what you want from every industry.
“…this patch will add an option to the game to toggle XP and drachmae boosts on/off…”
Unclear on this.
So they added a legit toggle without having to fork over another $15-20 to Ubicrap to turn the broken grind mechanic itself on/off? It is 100%, without question broken grind built to steal from consumers and price gouge so dont try to change my mind.
OR
They only pretend to give you a sense of “player choice” again by allowing users to enable the stealth price gouged $15-20 MICROTRANSACTIONS BOOSTERS sold as paid cheats on/off?
I’m guessing the later because Ubicrap hates games but love microtransactions.
oh ok that makes more sense now but still by playing origins i knew exactly what it was so i didn’t even bother to pirate it.
by the way game trailers are a very good source on how you can judge a game. i’ve never for a second thought noman’s sky was going to be even alright. they never showed gameplay, studio was too small and it felt like a walking simulator with terrible camera and performance so you can judge gameplays by trailers.
