Assassin’s Creed Mirage’s release date potentially leaked by Japanese retailers

It appears that some Japanese retailers have leaked the release date of the next part in the Assassin’s Creed series, Assassin’s Creed: Mirage.

According to Amazon, Yodobashi and Biccamera, Assassin’s Creed Mirage will release on October 12th.

In Assassin’s Creed Mirage, players will experience the story of Basim, a cunning street thief seeking answers and justice as he navigates the bustling streets of ninth-century Baghdad.

This new Assassin’s Creed game promises to return to its roots. According to Ubisoft, it will focus on stealth and will have dense environments.

As with all rumors, we suggest taking this with a grain of salt. Still, this doesn’t appear to be a placeholder date. After all, Japanese retailers usually don’t use placeholders.

Last week, a short gameplay video from it appeared on the Internet. And although it was of low-quality, it definitely seemed legit.

Stay tuned for more!

  1. In typical UBI standard my bet are no doubt another denuvo, wmprotect and some more layers of drm to make the stutters and performance as bad as possible for the paying customers again.

May end up grabbing it on a half-price sale as it’s not what it could have been without that bloat.

    1. This time there will be even special Guillemot password like in the Jurassic Park. No password, no game for you.

He might even unleash raptors on you as well.

I said raptors? Lawyers. I meant lawyers. Also carnivores.
