AMD Radeon Software Adrenalin 2020 Edition 21.2.2 fixes issues in Quake III Arena & Wolfenstein Youngblood


AMD has released a brand new driver for its graphics cards. According to the release notes, the AMD Radeon Software Adrenalin 2020 Edition 21.2.2 driver fixes some issues in Quake 3 Arena and Wolfenstein Youngblood.

Going into more details, the new driver resolves some corruption issues during loading or gameplay in Quake 3 Arena. It also improves performance in Wolfenstein: Youngblood when gamers use AMD Smart Access Memory.

  • Objects may fail to render correctly when using EEVEE render in Blender™ on Radeon RX 400 and Radeon RX 500 series graphics products.
  • Quake III Arena™ may experience corruption during loading or gameplay.
  • Performance may be lower than expected in Wolfenstein: Youngblood™ when a system is AMD Smart Access Memory enabled.
