AMD bundles PREY and Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus with the RX Vega 56 & RX Vega 64

AMD has announced that it is bundling Bethesda’s PREY and Wolfenstein 2 with its new RX Vega graphics cards. Those who purchase a new RX Vega 56 or an RX Vega 64 GPU from today and until December 31st will get free copies of these two games. However, this offer will also end when its supply of key codes is exhausted, even prior to December 31st.

PC users will have two months in order to redeem their gifts. As the red team claimed, players will have to redeem the AMD Unique ID until February 28th. After this period, the AMD Unique ID will be void.

Do note that those who live in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Israel will receive Sniper Elite 4 instead of Wolfenstein 2. We don’t know the reasons behind this change. Everyone else (excluding those living in China) will receive the two games immediately.

It’s worth noting that right now there aren’t any custom Radeon RX Vega GPUs from AIBs. This is precisely why we haven’t acquired an RX Vega for our PC Performance Analysis purposes yet. According to reports, AIB partners will release their cards next month. Our guess is that this offer will also apply to these custom graphics cards.

        1. And that’s fine, but objectively it’s still a great card and faster than the 1070, hence the release of the 1070ti.

          1. I don’t see it as great, it’s an ok card if priced correctly, nothing more, a bit like rx480.

          2. How is it like the RX480? Like I said the Vega 56 is faster than a 1070 so if it’s priced at or around $400 then it’s a great deal considering how much cheaper a freesync monitor is than its Gsync counterpart for the exact same model.

          3. Because it was just ok for the price it had, a bit like 56. 335.12? What kind of amount is that? You realize the lowest priced Vega 56 is currently priced between 500 and 550€? And we’re talking about stock cooler models. I could get a decent 1070, the jetstream from palit, at around 400-420€. Also why are you including monitors in the discussion? Not everyone care about either Gsync or Freesync, and it’s another argument.
Do you really believe it’s going to get down to that weird price you mentioned anytime soo?

P.S. I could get an msi armour 1070ti for something around 450€

          4. Ahh I think US prices are different as the Vega 56 could be had for $409 just a few weeks ago then supply ran out. But to my original point if the Vega 56 is at retail then it’s a good buy, but otherwise you are right, stick with the 1070.
