THQ Nordic just dropped a new trailer for Alone in the Dark. In this trailer, Jodie Comer and David Harbour talk about the game’s story endings and introduce you to some of its characters. So, be sure to check it out.
Depending on who you choose to play as, Emily or Edward, people will react differently, and you will experience different scenes.
Alone in the Dark promises to be a reimagination of the classic survival horror game. The game aims to be a love letter to the ground-breaking original, letting you experience a haunting story through the eyes of one of two protagonists. Players will explore their environments, fight monsters, solve puzzles and uncover the uneasy truth of Derceto Manor.
THQ Nordic has also shared the game’s official PC system requirements. PC gamers will at least need an AMD Ryzen 3 3100 or Intel Core i3-8300 with 8GB of RAM and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti or an AMD Radeon RX 570. The game will also require 50GB of free disk space.
Pieces Interactive recommends using an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X or Intel Core i5-12400 with 16GB of RAM and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 or AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT.
Finally, Alone in the Dark will be released on March 20th.

“reimagination” is just a fancy way of saying a remake.
I recall playing those games back in the mid 1990s and I don’t recall any of them being very good but that doesn’t mean anything since this remake of the original Alone In the Dark will be from a different Developer.
Even back then the controls were horrible, it might’ve been the first to introduce survival horror but imho it was a stinker, and afterwards it only got worse and worse lol
