Modder ‘UburUbur’ has released two mods for The Witcher 3: Next-Gen that replace its main cast with the faces of those from the Netflix series.
To be more precise, Geralt now looks exactly like Henry Cavill. UburUbur’s mod is based on the Ultimate Netflix Henry Cavill Mod, created by Draiamond, Henry and Bjorn18. Moreover, Ciri will now look similar to Freya Allan, and Yennefer will look like Anya Chalotra.
The best one of these mods is by far the one for Henry Cavill. Seriously, just take a look at it. Geralt looks exactly like Cavill. It’s incredible. And while we’ve seen similar mods in the past, these new ones look absolutely amazing.
Now we need an AI audio mod that can replace Doug Cockle’s voice with Henry Cavill’s. Blasphemy, I know. However, right now, it feels a bit weird hearing Doug when the character looks like Cavill.
Anyway, you can download these Netflix mods from here and here, respectively. You can also get a mod that makes Triss Merigold look like Anna Shaffer. At the end of the article, you can also find a video from it. Be warned though that it showcases the game’s final battle. In short, it contains major spoilers. OK OK, the game is really old. I know most of here wouldn’t want it, but God the mod is so well done!! It’s really as if you always wanted to see Henry as witcher it’s so satisfying to watch all the dangling hairs and pale skin. Fantastic mod. Now I want “Van Helsing” as witcher too.
Witcher 3 modding community is probably the best one out there with none of the drama the other communities have. I’m currently running 146 mods and it’s probably closer to 156 since at least one is several mods combined into one. And that doesn’t count any of the system/graphics tweaks to work around the CPU bind from it not threading right

So what? No one in their right mind is going to release their dev tools for a proprietary game engine while they are still actively using it. Now that the Red Engine is End of Life they can release them to the community at large without it affecting their IP.

Yeah, I was part of the community long ago and made a few mods, learned quite a lot thanks to outstanding helping fellas there. I left to work on other games as I thought Witcher 3 was finally complete with all its e3 features restored and finally looking wonderful and epic as heavens. Thanks to the hardwork of modders and beautiful support of CDPR.
