Earlier this month, we informed you about a mod for The Witcher 3 that attempted to improve the quality of numerous characters. And today, we are happy to report that a brand new version of it is available, overhauling over 100 characters.
The Witcher 3 Characters Reworked Project comes in three parts. The first part covers all Male Main and Secondary, whereas the second part covers all Main and Secondary Female Characters (Excluding Yen, Triss, Ciri, Shani). And then the third part, covers all Male background NPCs, Dwarfs, Elves and Halflings.
This is a must-have mod for The Witcher 3, and we highly recommend downloading it from here. According to the modder, the project is compatible with both the original and the Next-Gen versions of The Witcher 3.
Speaking of The Witcher 3 Next-Gen, you may also want to take a look at the following mods for it. There is currently a cool first-person mod that you can download. Furthermore, Halk Hogan is working on a new version of The Witcher 3 HD Reworked Project.

Half Hogan? Did someone cut Halk Hogan in half?

The reworked versions often look too clean and unnatural. They remove a lot of the blemishes/wrinkles/skin defects. I would not install this.
I’ll definitely keep this in mind if they ever fix the CPU threading problem in the game so you can actually run Ray Tracing the way it’s meant to be.
