Modder ‘Sparky1j’ has released a mind-blowing Half-Life 2 Mod for Capcom’s Devil May Cry 5 that looks absolutely incredible. This mod brings the characters and enemies of Half-Life 2 to Devil May Cry 5, and it’s one of the best mods we’ve seen lately.
Going into more details, the mod replaces Dante with Gordon Freeman, Vergil with Gman, Nero with Kleiner, and V with Grigori. Naturally, it also replaces the DMCV enemies with those from Half-Life 2.
What’s also cool here is that the mod has also made some changes to the voices. During gameplay, you can hear new custom voice lines for Gman, Kleiner, and the HEV Suit. However, I don’t know whether the cut-scenes have completely new/different voices.
You can download this Half-Life 2 Mod for Devil May Cry 5 from here. Below you can also find a video that showcases the mod in action. And, seriously, just go ahead and watch it. If this video doesn’t sell you on the mod then I don’t know what else will.
Devil May Cry 5 came out in 2019, and it was one of the most optimized PC Games of that year. And while at launch it had Irdeto’s anti-tamper tech, in February 2020, Capcom removed Denuvo from it. Unfortunately, though, Capcom has not ported the game’s Ray Tracing effects to the PC version.
In April 2022, Capcom revealed that the game surpassed 5 million sales on all platforms. Oh, and there is also a VR Mod that you can download for it.
Have fun!

Fckn love this game!
I tried to “get it”, but I failed to understand it, or what was so good about it. Pressed buttons and stuff happened on the screen. Bland level design, just room after room of walled arenas. I preferred DmC to be honest…
The combat in DmC is superb. The way you can swap weapons in the middle of a combo + both hooks is *chef kiss* with a great level desing.
When I played I didn’t understood all the fuss about it. I don’t think the character desing was bad, people is too nostalgic.
Over all I don’t think DmC is better than DMCV but is waaaay better than DMC4, wich sold millions, it was done for the same systems but played and looked worst than DmC. I just don’t get it.
Sorry that you can’t play the game.
Good for people of Pakistan and India who play games like this.
I forgot about blacks, they think these button mashing games are cool too, good for them.
This seems so random, I am kinda confused at the concept but the guy spent 9 months making this….damn.
I’ll never understand MODs that break immersion. This is a total nonsense (imho).
pretty much all the mods spammed on this site are like so, i’ve tried many times asking to slow down with all this garbage…
