  1. Geez, this game has quickly become a big joke. What a disappointment. I wish i pre-ordered this just so i can cancel it.

    1. I am so glad i got the EA early access thing, cause now i can feel comfortable canceling my pre-order lol. Guess i get Neir Automata instead.

  2. “The fidelity of characters, make them as believable as possible using performance capture” That made me laugh.

    1. All of the animations are not bad!
      Faces/animations sometimes looking wacky!

Haters, have forgotten everything good about game and just point out one thing!

I hate this situation about MSA on the Internet.
Many of them have never played the game, just say,What a disappointment,Mass Effect Andromeda is Epic Fail of the year, cancel pre-ordered and an other bulls..t.

I do not understand why they would like a MSA be fails *_*

EA should do something for Faces/animations Frostbite engine, physics and graphic on Frostbite engine is great but they really need to improve the animations.

      1. Point out one thing? I can point out on top of the crappy character facial animations / movement and bugs, that the game is full of hand holding garbage, teenage writting for a modern power rangers young crowd. So what was great about the Mass Effect titles was the story and the writing, is crap in this game from all perpectives, we are talking about how it looks bad, it acts bad, and it sounds terrible and cringe worthy.

        1. I do not know how you talked about the writing and story while, you haven’t played full game and review have not been released!

          1. Did you need reviews and a full playthrough to realize that Mafia 3, No Man’s Sky, Dragon Age Inquisition were going to be a crap games? No, everybody (who’s not a fanboy or 12 years old) knew those games were going to suck long before release. Same case here.

          2. After see reviews for Mafia 3 and No Man’s Sky I passed!
But Dragon Age Inquisitio was great!

Dragon Age Inquisition was bad game for you,not for everyone!

“everybody knew those games were going to suck long before release.”
            How they knew it?from sky?
How can I defend a game while people speak for themselves*_*
            This is not logical!

          3. How the knew? Just common sense, man.

And DAI was just bad for me? Hahaha check the user score in Metacritic.

          4. DA: I was one of the worst title ever released.

Even if I were to exclude its absolutely non-subtle political agenda, the writing, characters and quests were very bad, even if you were to compare it to a bad MMORPG game.

          5. “But… it was only a beta/preview… They still have two weeks to fix everything and optimize it”
            – Every single dev apologist –

          6. Hehe, get this, the devs acknowledged that all footage shown comes from the day 1 patched version.

          7. You do not need to play the entire game when a very important part like the first 2 major single player missions, are writen so poorly, and acted accordingly. Also there are videos of missions further on in the game showing the exact same thing, like the Asari companion mission, where the dialogue is rubbish taken from a power rangers episode, and non stop hand holding, every 5 minutes having someone telling you what to do next. “if you want to open that door, maybe try scanning this rock” “lets fight this group and then scan that wall to see if we find an opening”. In something like 10 minutes you have TONS of lines telling you what to do next, which was exacly the same thing… KILL SCAN OPEN repeat.

          8. “first 2 major single player missions” :/
Okey,According to your word Fallout is s..k because the first 2 hours of the game was bad!
            and many more games!…

          9. Just an opinion on what I saw, and yes in 10 hours gameplay plus many other reviews of missions further on into the game, the writting and acting are terrible. Don’t trust my word for it though, if what you want is consensus, there won’t be any, but wait for the reviews and you’ll see there are many who are going to say the same. Again enjoy the game because you do, don’t worry about opinions 😉

          10. I never understood Bethesda shills. Their games are hiding poor technology, poor writing and terrible quests behind a generic design only saved by massive worlds.

          11. Fallout 4 is sh*t, widely accepted opinion.

Fallout 3 is also sh*t, semi-widely accepted opinion.

            Try again?

          12. For you everything is sh.t
Inept man again ,Like always, you are drunk go home

          13. Since you seem to like Metacritic so much;

Fallout 4 PC (User Review): 5.5
            Fallout 4 PS4 (User Review): 6.5
Fallout 4 XONE (User Review): 6.4
            Fallout 4 Steam: 78%.

            Yeah, keep talking, kiddo.

          14. User Review is s..t and illogical
            nice try Inept man

Like always, you are drunk go home

          15. “User Review is s..t and illogical”

Well, at least you can admit you’ve no real argument to fight back with.

            Keep telling yourself that, mate.

            P.S. Check’s in the mail 😉

          16. Reviews are out, dumbass.

At least keep up with the times, if you’re going to shill.

          17. “Mass Effect Andromeda reviews: Mixed first impressions REVEALED”

            Try again, clown.

      2. Dude, even the major shilling AAA online publications are taking a massive dump and outright laughing at this ‘game’.

        1. Yep. There’s just no denying the absurdity of the game’s animations. I’ve been following video game news since 2003 and I’ve never come across a blunder like this. BioWare knew better but they released it anyway.

          1. BioWare? This was totally EA, from conception to release. BioWare barely even exists anymore, outside of legal documents, & studio titles.

      3. I’m sorry for you that you feel that way. That aside, I absolutely hope that this game fails both critically and commercially.

      4. Sorry, but i play Mass Effect for the story and characters. As someone who has been playing the early EA access, it isn’t just the facial animations that are bad. Some of the dialogue in this game is f***ing cringeworthy. It is like it was written by a five year old who only ever watches cliched action movies.

It also doesn’t help that this terrible dialogue is being delivered by lifeless robot puppets who don’t understand emotion.

      5. I pay 60 dollars for a game and I expect it to be well done and polished. I expect to see the blood, sweat, tears, and effort that the developers put in it.

  3. partners like NoVideo….partners like NoVideo….partners like NoVideo….
this means game will be broken probably beyond repair

  4. It certainly looks beautiful aside from those animation that we’ve seen over the few days. Initial impressions don’t look too good but it definitely looks like a decent game.
Although worthy of being a proper mass effect game, that remains to be seen.

  5. The resolution on the screen you bought, powered by the hardware you bought is now a “feature” in a game. Amazing.

  6. I played 5-6 hours and HDR in this game is brilliant and showcase how it should be done.
Only downside is that i have gtx 970 so no 4K for me…..and sorry on my bad english.

  7. “PC has always been an important thing for us here at Bioware”.

The amount of times I’ve heard devs mentioning that line in one way or another, then releasing a borked console port shortly before/after…

Replaying ME1 and it’s aged horribly, has no gamepad support and I find myself having to mod 1 and then 2 just to get it looking semi decent. MEA from what I’ve seen looks like a trainwreck and the thought of having to spend a ton more money on a 4k monitor and a GTX 1080ti, just to play that game at 4k 60fps makes me both laugh and feel sad for the hardware industry.

    1. It’s like, on the one hand, I’d love a Mass Effect remaster, but on the other hand, since EA would expect us to pay for it…… f*ck that sh*t.

Plus, I could really see them trying to transfer everything over to Frostbite in order to avoid having to pay Epic licensing fees, which would turn the whole project into such a massive clusterf*ck of epic f*cking proportions, & would most likely even f*ck with the base coding to a ridiculous degree which would leave me wondering if it was even a remaster, or if it was of an all-out remake.

A rather sh*tty remake, no doubt.

      1. I don’t even get why pubs want to avoid paying those fees, because when you look at the big picture, they are small compared to what they actually earn. EA hated paying Valve that fee, so they took their ball and went home, some years later Origin still hasn’t toppled Steam, still has no active or any modding community and now hosts more online only based games that seemingly die a ton faster than some would on Steam, at least those on Steam can set up their own private servers.

You’d also be right about them charging us full price, that’s just how EA and co are, big publishers that want the profits high and the costs as low as possible with little room for error (unless you’re brain dead and currently fund the corpse that is Bioware time and time again).

I really, really hate how the majority of EA games these days involves a small forgettable SP campaign with a huge MP focus that comes stapled with another £40 Season pass worth of content that is tied to the MP and since they have control of said MP all on their own, it means we’re paying 80+ for very limited content that dies when they give the word…

This is why I wait for deep discounts on their DLC, I did it with BF4 and got it super cheap and the majority of it’s DLC for free, only problem with that is I end up buying said cheap game and DLC, only to find the MP base is near death thanks to the small Origin userbase and those that always move onto the next best MP toy. The fact they don’t discount their MP only content sooner rather than later baffles me, it’s like they want you to pay high price and then get gimped sooner than expected. I bought BF1, I’m not buying the season pass because the PC version is basically screwed in terms of numbers, not to mention the final nail in the coffin with split map packs, splitting whatever users there are into pieces, making finding games a complete nightmare.

Also they updated BF4 on PC with BF1’s menu, so it no longer requires Battlelog, I have no clue as to why they went that far so late into the game, like years later.

        1. “it’s like they want you to pay high price and then get gimped sooner than expected.”

More like, they just don’t care, but yeah, that’s definitely a thing for them; getting you onto the next Battlefield &/or DICE MP game as soon as it comes out, so f*ck longevity, & don’t forget to cough up your $110! 😉

As for Battlelog; probably because the coding is similar enough that someone did it on their off time, on their own. Either that, or they figured it would somehow be cheaper to switch it over to the new (old) system.

    1. Makes me wish they went with him instead as well as UE3/4. That face alone looks more detailed and human than MEA.

        1. Engine sure isn’t at fault. Lack of vision on the other end. That game couldn’t look more generic…

        2. You seem to have a thing about pointing me to Frostbite being objectively awesome or something,e specially against other engines and 3D designs that are better.

          1. “Better” wonder why there is like 1 AAA developed in Unreal Engine 4

          2. AAA Publishers are no longer licensing Unreal, in favour of their own in-house (mostly sh*ttier) technology, instead. It’s a new generation, it’s a new mindset, it’s a new approach.

That, of course, doesn’t mean Unreal 4 isn’t an excellent engine, & even more so, one far superior to most others out there, today. It just means that AAAs are no longer licensing it in the same vast droves as, say, 5-6 years ago.

TLDR: Sh*t’s changed. Deal with it.

  8. P.S. Andromeda has no manual saves functionality.

Seriously, what the f*ck is wrong with developers these days?
