Focus Home Interactive has released a new trailer for Battlefleet Gothic: Armada, showcasing the Chaos fleet. Developed on Unreal Engine 4 and planned for an early 2016 release, Battlefleet Gothic: Armada is an RTS in which the player takes command of one of these battlefleets composed of the most powerful spaceships from the Imperial, Chaos, Eldar and Ork forces, in a no-quarter given struggle for the control of the Gothic sector of space. Enjoy!

So, now they’re no longer making a Warhammer 40K Ripoff, they’re making an actual Warhammer 40K Universe Game, but for whatever reason, aren’t using/featuring the WH40K Logo?
I’m confused.
Battlefleet Gothic is a tabletop game set in WH40K universe.
So, call it Warhammer 40,000: Armada?
Or…. something with Warhammer 40,000 in the actual name?
I mean without it, it just looks like a WH40K Ripoff, no?
“Oh hey, that looks like Warhammer- wait, is it?”
“Naa, there’s no WH40K Logo on it, must be a clone.”
None of the Games Workshops side-games have “Warhammer” in their title even though they’re set in the same universe. That’s why Blood Bowl isn’t called Warhammer Fantasy: Blood Bowl.
Ah, right.
GW fiercely protects its rights. You cannot rip off anything from them, or they find you and drag you to the court. If you see anything that looks like Warhammer, it is Warhammer (aside from Starcraft and Warcraft, though many believe GW has an agreement with Blizzard).
