United Front Games has released a video showcasing twenty minutes of gameplay footage from Triad Wars. Triad Wars is the upcoming free-to-play MMO standalone game based on Sleeping Dogs’ universe. Obviously that’s not what Sleeping Dogs fans have been waiting for but it certainly looks cool for a F2P game. Let’s hope it won’t turn into another P2W title. Enjoy!

This looks great but I couldn’t care less for MMOs or multiplayer-only games. What a shame.
Sleeping Dogs was one of my favorite games over the last few years. I hope a proper sequel is in the works. Wei Shan is one of the rare protagonists that I empathized with and want to see his adventures continue.
I agree and the DLC was some of the best DLC for a sandbox style game we have seen for a long very long time. At least that’s what I think about that
EXACTLY. It was all so fun, but not over-the-top, Saints Row-level absurdity.
The 70s throwback Enter The Dragon homage DLC was incredible and I actually cared about a lot of the characters in the main game, which is notable since many of them could be construed as being despicable in many ways. Multi-layered characters, like an Asian Godfather kind of thing.
oh yes. Saints row in general makes me laugh so hard. And Gat out of hell does not let me down on the comedy side of it all
I may get Gat out of Hell. It’s only $20 and SR is always a great, mindless distraction for a few hours.
yeah it was worth it I thought and I normally don’t pre buy games on steam.
