Ubisoft’s The Crew releases tomorrow and the French company has unveiled the game’s launch trailer. In The Crew, players will experience an MMO wild ride across a massive, open-world recreation of the United States that is loaded with exciting challenges. Here is hoping that a) the servers will handle the massive amount of players that will connect online, b) that the PC version will not face any performance issues and c) that Ubi will send us a review code. In unrelated news, we expect to receive our review code for Inquisition tomorrow, so stay tuned. Enjoy!

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2. It’s based off classic 90’s arcade race games like Daytona USA, Sega Rally, Rave Racer, SF rush. I would not expect much if you are looking for realism. And from ACU/FC4 I would expect a lot of cars not showing up and then showing up on the screen…
This trailer looks nothing like the 3 Crew betas I played on PS4. The beta was terrible. I think it’s a pretty bad sign when the launch trailer for your new game doesn’t even show one second of actual gameplay (hmm……wonder why……)
Have you guys listened to the soundtrack for The Crew yet? It is amazing, the theme used in the trailer is the main one… Check it out!
i’ll give it a listen. while you’re at it, let us know how the game is so you can give us a heads up on what we need to know.
CG is getting so good nowadays. There’s such a huge gap in CG quality – those with access to massive render farms, and everyone else.
