Nixxes has just released Title Update 1.2 for Death Stranding 2: On the Beach and shared its full patch notes. So, let’s see what this new patch brings to the table.

Moreover, Patch 1.2 improves overall performance on the Steam Deck. It also comes with various crash fixes, stability improvements, and performance optimizations. Additionally, it brings various bug fixes and improvements related to graphics. It also comes with various input and user interface-related improvements and bug fixes.

Nixxes has also stated that it has fixed the frame rate drops that can occur when using a sniper rifle scope. However, this fix is not part of this current part. Instead, the devs will add it in an upcoming patch that will come out soon. In the meantime, as a workaround, you can try lowering the Level of Detail and/or Texture Quality setting to improve your experience.
