Black Myth Wukong feature 2

Black Myth: Wukong January 14th Update Released & Detailed

Game Science has just released the January 14th Update, also known as Patch 1.0.21.23831, for Black Myth: Wukong. According to the devs, this patch is 2GB in size. So, let’s see what it brings to the table, shall we?

The January 14th Patch fixes a problem where the game ran worse than it should because the Super Resolution setting wasn’t working correctly. It also fixes an issue where Super Resolution wouldn’t set properly after using the Recommended Graphics Settings. Because of these fixes, the game should now run better for players who use Super Resolution.

This new update also fixes several visual problems. For example, it corrects the way water moves in the Heart of Birthstone area. It also fixes a problem where snow didn’t react correctly in certain situations. On top of that, the update fixes an issue where some Stone Monkey skill effects disappeared too early when using certain graphics settings. The game should also be more stable now. The developers fixed a crash that happened when using Non-White’s Spirit in the Hut of Immortality.

For those wondering, yes. You can use NVIDIA DLSS 4.5 in this title. Although there is no in-game setting for it, you can force the Preset M via the NVIDIA App. You can find more details about how you can enable DLSS 4.5 via the NVIDIA App in this article.

Like always, Steam will download this update the next time you launch its client. Below, you can also find its complete changelog.
