4Divinity has released the first gameplay trailer for its upcoming cinematic FPS game, The Defiant. This trailer packs six minutes of gameplay footage. As such, it will give you a small glimpse at what its devs aim to create.
In The Defiant, you step onto a land soaked with the warm blood of war. You will explore huge snowy forests, guarded roads, and dangerous villages behind enemy lines. In these places, you’ll feel the intense and serious atmosphere of the War of Resistance against the Japanese invasion.
Players will be able to use many different guns, such as rifles, assault rifles, pistols, and machine guns. Classic weapons like the Hanyang Rifle, the Mauser Military Pistol, and the MP18 Submachine Gun will all be included, along with other guns from China’s modern history. Players will use these weapons to survive and fight their way through a dangerous battlefield.
There is currently no ETA on when The Defiant will come out. Naturally, though, we’ll be sure to keep you posted.
