505 Games has announced Assetto Corsa Rally, the new additional arm within the Assetto Corsa series, dedicated to the world of rally racing. Assetto Corsa Rally is coming to Steam Early Access on November 13th, and you can find below its debut trailer.
From the gravel stages of Wales to the tarmac stages of Alsace, AC Rally aims to introduce 3D laser-scanned stages and meticulously modeled vehicles, professional co-driver support, and realistic dynamics for FWD, RWD, and AWD vehicles. The game will be powered by Unreal Engine 5.
At launch, the game will come with 10 licensed cars, 4 rally stages from the real world of rallies, plus offline and online game modes. There will be full support for triple screens, direct input racing wheels, and peripherals. Not only that, but the game will include a powerful physics-based damage system and multiple audio effects for authentic car feedback.
Post-launch, the game will evolve with 30+ cars, more rally stages in new locations, expanded game modes, full support for VR, and a dedicated rally school.
The devs have also shared the minimum PC system requirements. PC gamers will at least need an Intel Core i7-10700K or Ryzen 5 3600X with 16GB of RAM and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080, or an AMD Radeon RX 6650 XT. The game will also require 50GB of free disk space.
Enjoy!

It will be interesting to see whether this game can distinguish itself from the other Rally games out there. I like WRC Generations the best so far. I am not a fan of the new EA WRC game for some reason. Dirt Rally 2.0 stages were a bit samey, but handling model was OK.
If we can mod it like the original Assetto Corsa, this could become the new standard of rally. 😃
I'm really tired of Richard Burns Rally outdated graphics at this point, and Dirt Rally 2.0 never really clicked for me.
Is it even worth checking it out if it's gonna be in early access for 10 years? The same thing goes for Wreckfest 2.
Now we know why they have been stalling so hard on AC EVO. I swear these guys decided to cash in their reputation Cyberpunk 2077 style. Now we will have two unfinished half-baked games.
