DICE has revealed the final official PC system requirements for the new BF game, Battlefield 6. So, let’s see what PC system you’ll need to run it.
PC gamers will at least need an Intel Core i5-8400 or AMD Ryzen 5 2600 with 16GB of RAM and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060, an AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT, or an Intel Arc A380. With this PC setup, you’ll be able to run it at 1080p/Low Settings with 30FPS. The game will also require 55GB of free disk space.
For gaming at 1440p/High Settings with 60FPS or 1080p/Low Settings with 80FPS, you’ll need an Intel Core i7-10700 or AMD Ryzen 7 3700X with 16GB of RAM and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti, an AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT or an Intel Arc B580.
For 4K/Ultra with 60FPS or 1440p/High with 144FPS, you’ll need an Intel Core i9-12900K or AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D with 32GB of RAM and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 or AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX.
As I’ve already reported, BF6 will support NVIDIA DLSS 4 with Multi-Frame Gen. Here is the thing, though. The above PC specs are for native resolutions. And, if the Open Beta build is anything to go by, Battlefield 6 should run smoothly on a wide range of PCs.
Although NVIDIA used BFV to showcase Ray Tracing in 2018. This was one of the first games that supported RT effects for the RTX-20 series GPUs. So, you’d expect the teams to go all out with BF6. For better or worse, though, Battlefield 6 will not have any Ray Tracing or Path Tracing effects.
EA will release Battlefield 6 on October 10. The game will require Secure Boot on PC. As such, PC gamers will have to enable it from their BIOS. Otherwise, you won’t be able to play it. To combat cheaters, BF6 will also use EA’s Javelin anti-cheat system.
Stay tuned for more!

Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2. Since even cheaters are starting to use AI tools, the only way to effectively combat them is to use a well-trained AI on the server side.
Once again, it will most likely be Valve that will show the gaming industry the way forward (eventually, because Valve-time).
VAC is the butt of every AC joke, ma guy.
Ahh, the artificially inflated minimum requirements designed to sell new GPUs, classic.
This game on all low settings doesn't even look better than BF1 on medium yet runs 3x worse. Both games have 64 player support, similar destruction, so what gives?
???
2010 graphics.
2040 requirements.
Another brick! C'mon!
the game must be severely CPU limited:
1080p low settings = 80 fps
1440p high settings = 60 fps ???
It is, watch some benchmarks videos, they show and say that.
F-word HEAVY!!!!
