Modder ‘JohnDiscord’ has released a new mod for GTA 5 Enhanced Edition that aims to overhaul its Euphoria physics. In a way, the modder tried to make the game’s physics feel as advanced as those we got in Max Payne 3 and Red Dead Redemption 2. So, let’s take a closer look at it.
E.R.O Enhanced | Natural Vision Enhanced brings back the car pushing feature from GTA IV. Now, pedestrians won’t just fall down right away when hit by a car. Instead, they will grab onto the doors or bumpers and get dragged along, just like in GTA 4.
Just like in Red Dead Redemption 2, NPCs will now react more realistically when hurt. For example, if you shoot someone in the leg, they’ll try to stay balanced but may eventually fall if the injury is bad enough. A gut shot will make them tense up in pain. And if they’re armed, some may go into a “last stand,” trying to shoot back at you while struggling to stay on their feet.
Running people over now will look more realistic since they don’t just roll over the car right away. Their reactions to impacts also look more natural. Melee fights are improved too, with characters grabbing the spot where they were hit. Explosions will make NPCs try to protect themselves by covering their heads with their hands. On top of that, pushing people is easier now, and they keep their balance better.
In short, this is a really cool mod that a lot of GTA5 fans may find interesting. You can download it from this link. At the end of the article, you can also find a video for it. So, make sure to watch it.
In May 2024, we shared a similar physics mod, called Next-Gen Euphoria. However, it doesn’t seem to be as advanced as this new one. For example, it’s missing the car-pushing feature from GTA 4 that this mod has.
Speaking of Grand Theft Auto 5 Enhanced Edition, I suggest taking a look at these other mods for it. NaturalVision Enhanced is perhaps the best graphical mod for it. But, if you don’t like it, you can try RealityV Mod, and ChromatiX Enhanced, which are the best alternatives to it.
Last month, we shared a mod that makes fights with NPCs more fun and diverse. It can make your gameplay feel more exciting, so you should try it out. After all, you might enjoy these new changes and improvements.
Then we have the Drive V Mod. This mod will overhaul the physics of all vehicles, bringing a more realistic driving system. Thanks to it, every car or vehicle feels different to drive. Each one has its own physics, so they don’t all handle the same. So, if you want a more realistic driving system, you should give it a go. Plus, you can use this addon pack with it, which adds 40 new cars to the game.
Finally, for our RTX-50 series readers, we have this mod that allows you to enable DLSS 4 Multi-Frame Gen. Sadly, this mod is behind a Patreon wall. So, let’s hope that NVIDIA and Rockstar will add support for it via a new patch.
Enjoy and stay tuned for more!

The massive downgrades (in physics) from GTA IV are my biggest gripe with GTA V.
Wish there was a mod to get rid of chromatic aberration. R* has now released 5 versions of GTA V? And not once have they included the option to get rid of chromatic aberration
Easily removeable with a mod in pirated classic version which is better if u want to play only single and its size is also less as Rockstar forcefully shoves online content making the steam copy taking upto 100+ gbs
I wish they would stop updating this game, so that modding it could be fun…
Off-topic news!
By the same developer who created the great Supraland games, Supraworld (early access) is out on Steam, and the first reviews are very positive!
The first two games were among the best FPS-Puzzle games I've ever played, so I can't wait to try this one.
Then again, this particular genre isn't very crowded. What else do we have? Escape Simulator, Infra, Teardown, all Portal games + mods, Riven (new version), Superliminal, Who is Abby…
