Dragon Age 4 new concept art

New Dragon Age is in the mid-production development stage

BioWare has issued a new development update, stating that the new Dragon Age game is in its mid-production development stage. This basically means that, according to the team, the game is not in development hell. Moreover, it appears that BioWare is quite happy with the game’s development.

As BioWare stated:

“For the next Dragon Age, we are right in the middle of Production, which is a great feeling. Our blueprint was completed last year, so we’re now focused on building out our vision: creating amazing environments, deep characters, strong gameplay, impactful writing, emotional cinematics – and much more. The blueprint for the game is well understood and the team is focused.”

Lastly, BioWare claimed that we’ll start to hear more from the Dragon Age team (in the form of blogs and social content) later this year. However, I’m almost certain we won’t be getting any gameplay trailers or in-game screenshots in 2022. So yeah, don’t expect to be playing this new Dragon Age game anytime soon.

Stay tuned for more!

  1. That means they made 3 new artworks. don’t fall for this, the game will be a s**t show full of degeneracy and awful writing, it will be filled with bugs and will run like hot garbage, it will be s**t and expensive with couple of DRMs on top of each other.

    1. This seems like a generational problem, the new blood replacing the old timers often comes with crappy garbage values from modern era.

  2. “Our blueprint was completed last year, so we’re now focused on building out our vision: creating amazing environments, deep characters, strong gameplay, impactful writing, emotional cinematics – and much more. The blueprint for the game is well understood and the team is focused.”

hahahahaha what a bunch of cringelords, game is dead on arrival lads, its gonna be another disaster.

  3. Free lesson for everyone:
Everytime studios come out with these messages to bring tranquility to the public, it’s bullsh*t, it’s only damage control to calm stockholders and investors, and the game is at least behind schedule and has gone through development hell or still is.

  4. At this point Bioware should rename and stop staining the legacy of the talented developers once working for the company.

Make a name for yourselves if you are talented enough. But we all know the truth about the “teams” atm.

  5. They are literally hiring woke activists to do the writing for their games. They don’t care about the lore, it’s all about the message.

  6. What degree of brain damage is required to still have any interest whatsoever, in what BioWare has been crapping out the past decade and counting?

  7. Inquisistion was all over the place quality wiase. There was some good isions, but here was some awful monotous grind. The weapon crafting system seemed pretty borked as I was using the same weapon for about hours as there did seem to be a better one craft. Add to that the uglification of all the woman from previous games, the potentail to have ‘relations’ with that bull like creature. urgh.

Add to that the absolute toss that was ME:A and Anthem, I’m not holding much hope they can get back to that old Bioware magic.

  8. nothing but pandering and colored haired freaks trying to be validated into normal society Disgusting no one asked to be pandered to we had strong female leads in shows and games and we loved them becuase they weren’t trying to be something else, same with different races we were all being represented in media before you freaks’ tried to push the Agenda no one cares if the main characters or the people around that character is white, black, brown, blue or yellow just make a good character and something worth my time. https://media3.giphy.com/media/26tklWcgG6JpMWB8I/giphy.gif

  9. “amazing….deep…..strong……impactful…..emotional…..focused and much more”

So many adjectives in such a tiny paragraph. Doesnt feel like lazy canned marketing tripe to me, lol.

  10. Each successive Dragon Age is worse than the last. The best one was the first Dragon Age game and imo is a must play for anyone that hasn’t played it.

I don’t hold much hope for this 4th Dragon Age game.

  11. BioWare is no more. In its place a motley crew of diversity-first propagandists, pretend to make games. What they make instead are disasters pushing the NeoMarxist message.
