The creators of The Division are working on a new Star Wars game

Ubisoft and Massive Entertainment have announced that they are working on a brand new official Star Wars game. The teams will collaborate with Lucasfilm Games for an open-world game set in the Star Wars universe.

Unfortunately, we don’t have any major details about this new Star Wars game. We do know that Julian Gerighty, director of The Division 2 and The Crew, will be its creative director. We also know that the game will be using the Snowdrop Engine.

This is the second new game from Lucasfilm Games. Yesterday, the studio revealed that it was working with MachineGames for a new Indiana Jones game.

Stay tuned for more!

    1. PEW PEW PEW PEW…now hold the reload button to cool your overheated weapon like battlefront 2.

      WOW SUCH AMAZING GAMEPLAY!!

  1. This is going to be just like the division with the skin of star wars, the same gameplay, the same animations. This is ubi ffs the same crap every year with different skin. with rambo waman as a leader.

    1. Got no problem with that – if it comes down to that. A Division with a SW skin on a SW universe.. Iconic Blaster fights, grenades, droids and maybe a nice campaign ontop of that. Sure!

  2. avengers game that sucks, battlefront 1 and 2 that suck, indiana jones thats gonna suck, hitman devs are making a james bond game , batman devs are making harry potter then there is terminator resistance and now this, wow cool it with all the innovation i dont know what to ignore first and what last.

  3. wow another multplayer title with no narrative nor atmosphere where I can shoot 12 year old autists all day such wow much joy

  4. Star Wars is no longer EA exclusive 🙂 …but is also under Ubisoft :(.
You can’t win anymore with Star Wars.
