  1. Been playing eve online since 2004..

In all his wiseness Hilmar first thought to create a FPS to join the Eve Online universe on the Ps3. They wrote a bunch of lore, books and had in-game events to mark the occasion. Except the game ran like dog sh*t, looked like dog sh*t on the PS3 (This was as the Ps3 was sunsetting and the Xbox and PS4 were on the Horizon) and had very little connection back to the main MMO, only cool thing you could do was help and do orbital strikes via your spaceship in Eve Online so your buddies can watch sh*t get blown up in game on the PS3 on the map…Interesting premise, terrible execution..

So they let it die after a few years of development. Then they decide to do another shooter a few years later, again taking resources away from the game, balance issues and performance issues, not to mention this was also when they tried to implement “Walking in stations” AKA Incarna, the idea was to allow capsuleers to meet in space stations in third/first person view to socialize, plan corporation and or alliance meetings and events and to basically improve how pilots socially interact.. Also a burning dumpster fire of performance issues, and actually lack of usage, that too was retired after spending countless years and man hours to force it down peoples throats.

TLDR: Every expansion that CCP has tried to add on to the Eve online MMO has failed spectacularly.

    Dust 514. Cancelled on PS3

Project Legion, cancelled as a successor to Dust 514

Project Nova, cancelled as successor to Project Legion

Now this new project that is a successor to Project Nova which was a successor to Project Legion which was a successor to Dust 514…Let that sink in.. These troglodytes have tried 4 times now to get a FPS off the ground in eve…

Incarna, Cancelled for PC after literally frying players GPU’s post update and or performance issues and or lack of actual implementation (We got a captains quarters to look at ourselves in the mirror for a few years…so they let it die.

Eve Valkyrie…No one plays the game anymore at ALL..took them over a year to implement non VR Gameplay since it was a VR Exclusive….

Eve Second Genesis..Idiotic trading game, thankfully aborted

After Pearl Abyss that Publishes Black Desert Online bought them out in 2018, they have been making idiotic choices even more so in the last two years than they have in the last 10.

By having a South Korea publisher that literally pumps out MMO Grind fests in South Korea be in charge of the direction in which CCP games makes and prioritizes expansions and or add-ons..well..you see the direct result here…
