Story trailer released for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla

Ubisoft has released the official story trailer for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. In this new AC game, players will become Eivor; a fierce Viking warrior torn between their duty to their brother Sigurd and a personal quest for glory.

Driven from Norway by endless wars and dwindling resources, Eivor’s clan must secure a future among the broken kingdoms of England. During their journey, Eivor will come across the Hidden Ones, and face powerful figures. Some of these figures are Saxon kings and the warmongering sons of Ragnar Lothbrok, as well as a mysterious, growing threat to England’s destiny.

In Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, players will be able to create and customize a unique Viking raider within your clan. You will be also able to share it online with friends to use during their own raids.

The game promises to feature advanced RPG mechanics. These mechanics will allow you to shape the growth of your character and influence the world around you.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla releases on November 10th.

Enjoy!

  1. Hope this is as good as Origins. Don’t know why Odyssey gets so much praise. It was overkill and every single town/city looked the same. Sometimes less is more.

    1. I don’t know if I should downvote you or upvote you 😀
      JK
but I seriously hated both of them
I like my AC old fashioned and BF style

    1. Unity was ambitious for the time, also Paris being the setting for a french studio helps a lot i guess…the passion behind the game was clear, shame it wasnt the same on the technical side due to the bugs. This game feels like just another sequel with a different skin.

TLDR a game that came too early for the consoles.

    2. It’s staggering when you play Unity for even say 30 minutes, and then switch to Syndicate. It’s clearly evident how it went downhill from there. And I’m not saying Unity didn’t have issues, the game was bugged out mess for a few months before they “finished” it behind the curtain, but man it was much better than anything that came after it.

I still consider AC1 being the best of the series purely because of what it meant at that time in terms of tech and that it was practically medieval Hitman, admittedly with less complexity but still fun. AC2 turned into GTA and that spawned the “billion icons for no reason” AC formula that they went with.

  2. There’s nothing more sneaky and assassin-like than a big, burly, berserker Viking.
That said, I will play the hell out of this.

  3. this is the most viking this game has looked so far.

also no female character shown in the trailer, leftists gonna be mad again. They forced ubisoft to apologize on twitter a few days ago for that very reason.
