Well, we all saw that coming. After what has happened in the real world with the Coronavirus, we were certain that someone would make a mod for it. And yesterday, modder ‘JotunYmir’ released a Coronavirus mod for Fallout: New Vegas.
Going into more details, Immersive Coronavirus adds Bat Soup and by eating it, you will get the Coronavirus. Once they get the virus, players will have to survive it. And… well… that’s it.
To be honest, I was expecting a Coronavirus mod for Resident Evil 2 Remake. I mean, this mod would make perfect sense in Capcom’s RE franchise. Let’s also not forget the similarities between Raccoon City and the Corona Virus. So yeah, it will be interesting to see such a mod for Resident Evil 2 Remake.
But anyway, you can download this mod from here. From what we know, this is the first Coronavirus mod for a PC game. Whether it will be the one and only Coronavirus mod remains to be seen.
Also keep in mind that this a mod for a game. You should not take it too seriously.

Seriously, COVID-19 has turned into a dangerous Global epidemic, and it is spreading worse than expected, and everyone is in panic state.
So now a MOD comes out in which we virtually catch COVID ? Not funny and totally uncalled for, IMHO.

Is too early to tell, and viruses have a nasty tendecy to mutate.
One-third of Europe died with The Plague; 50,000,000 died a century ago with the Spanish Flu; and 80,000 Americans alone died two years ago from the flu. South Korea is dealing well with the Wuhan coronavirus, and China looks to be coming out of it.
It’s too early to tell, but this may end up being a blip on the radar (not for those who fall to the disease and their loved ones, of course) with the added benefit of Trump’s getting us much more prepared for future epidemics. (It’s been the bureaucracy, not politics, delaying testing in the U.S.)
Right now it’s just guesswork but the latest from Trump is that he doesn’t expect the crisis to break until July or August. That means we may be looking at getting through several months of the virus spreading.
There has only been one reported case of the virus here in the county where I live but we have already done some common sense things to contain a possible outbreak like closing schools for a couple of weeks.
If there are a lot more cases reported then there is already a plan to force restaurants and gyms to shut down. Any place where large numbers of people congregate.
It could all blow over but I don’t think it will. At the very least it’s probably going to be a problem even for those that don’t catch the virus. One major grocery store chain has shut down indefinitely here and others could follow suit.
no cases in my county in ohio, and i was just at kroger, not one person wearing a mask, or iga, or anywhere else for that manner, but people are still panic buying, there was empty shelves
You almost have to buy a lot of groceries because a lot of people are panic buying and emptying the shelves. It’s going to take weeks to fill the shelves back up again and that’s if outbreaks don’t get worse. We spent about $500 over the weekend to buy about 3 weeks worth of groceries but it’s mostly stuff that will last for a long time. Canned goods and frozen foods. Nothing will be wasted eventually so it doesn’t matter.
Imagine COVID-19 turning into COVID-20 and then the virus kills everyone after mutation. Guess we would have to call it Captain Trips after that.
If it were one of your parents or grandparents that died from it would you care a little more or are you a sociopath that is incapable of feeling anything?
