Hardsuit Labs has just announced that Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 will not release in March 2020, and will be delayed. And although the game is still planned for a 2020 release, there isn’t currently any ETA.
Hardsuit Labs claimed that it values quality over making the Q1 launch window. Therefore, and instead of releasing a rushed product, the team decided to delay the game.
As Hardsuit Labs stated:
“There are some things we wanted to hit under all circumstances when we set out to follow in Bloodlines’ footsteps: A deep, branching storyline; fascinating and amazingly acted characters; the rich universe of the World of Darkness. We firmly believe that we’re on the right track to get you all of this.
On the flip side, there’s the responsibility to avoid some of the issues that plagued the first game, which was famously launched too early. Over the last few months, it became clear that to stick to our original date would risk repeating that mistake. We won’t do that. In the end, everyone working on this game wants to offer you the best Bloodlines 2 we can.
This hasn’t been an easy- nor our first choice. Throughout 2019 we have been improving our processes and growing our teams, however it soon became clear that this alone won’t allow us to deliver the quality we want at the date we promised.”
Hardsuit Labs will be present at PDXCON. For those attending, the team will be sharing insights into the development of Bloodlines 2. Moreover, it will share the steps it’s taken to strengthen its development team. For those that will not attend the event, the team will share more details during its PDXCON Announcement stream. The stream will air on Saturday the 21st.

Is that Bruce Willis?
The star of Die Hard would be the physical embodiment of so-called ‘toxic masculinity’ to the SJW freaks behind this game so it’s highly unlikely.
Well it looks like Bruce Willis just got his nuts cut off, so…
“Bruce Willis just got his nuts cut off”
Die Hard to die soft!
LMFAO! We said brother! 😀
At least they are trying to learn from the mistakes of the first one and recognize the current build needs a lot more polish. I really liked the ideas from the gameplay trailer but it left a lot to be desired.
I’m sure the extra 6-8 months will be enough to fix the utter garbage they’ve showcased thus far.
None of the developers from Bloodlines are in this team, and if you look at their track record, they can’t make a decent game to save their lives.
All of this without even mentioning their overt intentions in filling the game with far left social justice politics.
i think they got chris avelone to write some quests but they also got sjw feminists to write quests to and it has pronouns in the character creation.
Chances are this will be twillight tumblr, unfinished mediocre trash, socialism is good edition of vampire the masquarade.
“None of the developers from Bloodlines are in this team”
Umm not true. Brian Mitsoda is involved.
Wtf does that matter when he’s surrounded by incompetent ideologues?
Delayed to give the evil colored hair whiny group a time to “optimize” the game…
wait, is that bruce willis?
>The game has politics.
>Delayed till later 2020.
Anti-Trump propaganda game confirmed.
You’d have still pirated it if CD Projekt had been the publisher lol Don”t act so high.
CD Projekt is cancer too.
Lemme guess…All devs are cancer! Right?!
