Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order – new details about the main baddies

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order will be released next month, almost a month prior to the movie Rise of Skywalker. Fall and rise, get it? I am a huge Star Wars fan, but lately both movies and games were disappointing in my opinion. Therefore, I really hope that Fallen Order will offer a good single player experience.

So far from the gameplay videos it looks..fine. There were several things I didn’t really like, but hopefully the scales between good and bad, will tilt toward the former.

The developers have twitted some information about the mysterious baddies. I have no prior knowledge regarding those Dark Side users, called Inquisitors. They look cool, except the Thanos lookalike. I just hope they will give me a fight to remember. Because looking cool, in video games, is never enough.

Ambitious and cruel, the Second Sister is one of the deadliest members of the Imperial Inquisition. She relishes hunting down both Force-sensitives and political dissidents for the Empire. Although she is an expert lightsaber duelist and adept with the dark side of the Force, the Second Sister’s greatest weapon is her brilliant ability to deduce and predict the behaviour of her prey.

The Ninth Sister is an imposing and dangerous Inquisitor. Her mastery of the Force is further enhanced by an extraordinary empathic ability to read minds. While less agile than other Inquisitors, during combat she utilizes her massive size, brute strength, and Jedi training to gain any advantage over her opponents.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order will be published by EA on November 15th.

    1. In the Rebels cartoon, we had the seventh sister and two other inquisitors (one was the muscle, the other was a big bad for the first season if I remember correctly).
They were strong, but not too amazing.

Also…their spinning lightsabers functioned as helicopters:

      1. Yeah I’ve watched that horrible Disney show, I can’t believe that they thought that it was a good idea to make spinning lightsabers act like personal helicopters. That said, the show introduced way more sh*tty things like Space Aladdin and the time portals.

  1. ive seen nothing about this game that elevates it beyond mediocre, but its a SP only EA game so I want it to be good. Doubt it will be though.

    1. I think that;s the best kind of mentality you can have about games these days. Temper expectations so that if it exceeds them, you’ll have a really good time and if they fall below them, it won’t really matter, and you won’t feel personally offended as a player

    2. Tinfoil hat time: Are they doing this on purpose to have an “argument” for “sINGLePlAyR gAMs aRE dEd”, simply to justify their GaaS shovelware to their investors?

  2. It’s jaw-dropping just how fast this franchise was dismantled and run through the mud. I couldn’t care less about this thing, and I’m sure I’m not alone.

Star Wars + EA = appealing to who exactly?

  3. “Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order – new details about the main baddies”

Oh? We’re getting new details about the inevitable cash shop and player gouging? Cool.

  4. Even though I knew Disney would ruin the franchise it’s still so sad to watch it unfold and I’m not that much of a fan, feel sorry for the real long time fans. I like Respawn but this looks terrible just like everything EA touches.
