Casey Hudson, general manager of Bioware, has revealed that the team will announce something related to Dragon Age next month. Unfortunately, though, we don’t know whether this is a remaster, a mobile game (that will definitely make everyone laugh after what happened with Diablo Immortal) or a sequel to the main series.
“We’re also working on some secret Dragon Age stuff” said Hudson in a new blog post and continued:
“Dragon Age is an incredibly important franchise in our studio, and we’re excited to continue its legacy. Look for more on this in the coming month (though I won’t tell you where to look…)”
My guess is that EA and Bioware will reveal something about Dragon Age during the Video Game Awards 2018. I mean, that makes most sense right now.

to think dragon age origins was once my favorite game of all time since it reminded me of lords of the rings a lot, i remember being mad at peasants for what bioware did to dragon age 2, turning it into a brainless button mashing game but when inquisition got released da2 wasn’t that bad anymore, can’t wait to see what they do to the new one. last bit of bioware died exactly after dragon age origins.
And the PC Gamer site gave it a rating of 94/100. That was silly.
honestly what did you expect from pcgamer?most of their staff are console gamers and they ban you if you bash consoles, controllers or their games. it’s interesting a website dedicated to pcgaming has a community that would gang up on you as soon as you bash consoles. not surprised though, this type of management attracts sore losers.
They’ve gone down hill. I used to really look forward to their magazines from the 1990s and 2000s but no longer. They seem to be more interested in pushing a political agenda than reviewing games. It’s a shame and I can’t prove it but I suspect sometimes the editors are taking money from Publishers for their reviews.

Bioware hasn’t made a Really good game since DA: Origins or many might say since Mass Effect 2. EA ruins Developers with their practices.
Dragon Age hasn’t been worth mentioning, since the FIRST Dragon Age. Get lost already, and stick a fork in this franchise.

How did DA2 kill the series?
I think the story of that game was actually great, the whole escalation between the mages and the templars.
I also think that the gameplay in that game was best in the series.
It’s just that the big issue of the game being confined to one city made it a bit icky.
It’s definitely better than DAI that’s for sure.
