Devil May Cry 5 is among the worst kept secrets of E3 2018. A couple of days ago, Austrian video game vendor Gamesware posted a pre-order listing of this title. And today, a new domain was discovered that was registered from the company that is responsible for Capcom’s titles.
The domain for Devil May Cry 5 was registered on May 18th by GMO Internet. GMO Internet is a legitimate internet provider company in Japan and was the one that registered both Monster Hunter World and Resident Evil 7.
In other words, this isn’t a domain that was registered by an individual (or someone to prank people). This appears to be the real deal.
E3 2018 is just around the corner and our guess is that Capcom will reveal this new Devil May Cry game during this event. Furthermore, we expect this new DmC game to hit the PC (especially since the HD Collection also came to our platform).

so was 2 and 4, also dont argue that dmc 4 had good gameplay because the new god of war doesnt play like the old games and its getting high ratings.

I know I am a bit late to the party but I agree. DMC will always be the best reboot of a game that no one wanted. Originally played it on PC and just replayed it on XBONE at 60fps 4K. Loved it, and I must be honest if more reboots were done with these kinds of intentions we would have very different conversations in forums right now. DMC may be easier and use characters that are… unlikable. But all of the core hack ‘n slash tenants are there that made the originals so famous (i.e. fast sword action, fighting in the air, bonus missions meant to improve your skill, decent graphics, boss fights at the end of every level). There are developers that have really ravaged their original I.P.’s and it would be an overstretch to say that DMC is one of them.

On what system and how was it? I’ve heard nothing but bad things about it.
Steam version, its pretty mehhh no effort put at all, atleast all 3 games worked good for me

Well he was ok by the end of it, i liked the setting of the game, id play a sequel, This new devil may cry, god knows what era or place it will be set in.I guess we will wait and see.
I disagree the story made sense, dmc 4 story was garbae and if you say the writing of dmc was crap then look no further than dmc 1, dmc 2 and dmc 4.
But in the end isnt the gameplay what this series is about or do i need to remind you how garbage the story was in dmc 4?
