Anthem gets a new teaser trailer, full trailer coming on June 9th

Electronic Arts and Bioware have released a new teaser trailer for Anthem. This teaser shows 3-4 seconds of in-engine footage, so don’t expect much from it. EA also stated that the full trailer will be released on June 9th during its EA Play event.

Anthem is a shared-world action-RPG in which players can team up with friends as Freelancers—the bold few with the courage to leave civilization behind and explore a landscape of primeval beauty.

Players will be able to wield an arsenal of Javelin exosuits, each equipped with unique weapons and abilities. Players can also band together with friends, confront the dangers you find, and grow in power with every step.

The game is currently scheduled for a 2019 release!

    1. Bioware has been dead for a while as far as I’m concerned, EA finally taking it behind the shed would just be a formality at this point.

      1. Agreed. Bioware has been dead for 9 years now after DA:Origins or if I’m generous then 8 years after ME 2. The 2 co-founders retiring 6 years ago was just a formality also.

        1. DA: Origins and ME2 (Even 3) were great games, and in my opinion the last of Bioware trying.

    1. Jeeeeez . What are you 10y/o ? Its 5 second and you alredy driping .
I wanna see your face when its out and its a 5/10 microtransaction game with terrible optimalization and season pass for 79,99

  1. Here comes Destiny 3.0! Can’t wait to watch another community of people realize they’ve been swindled with their terrible MMO-lite video games, that has a massive amount of content cut from the game as “Expansions” that should have come out with the whole game.

This is going to be wonderful. Prepping the popcorn for next year already.

  2. So of course the E3 PR marketing clown will say something like “This is the most ambitious work we’ve done to date and we are proud to share our vision and hard work with you… the fans.” Then they’ll show some flashy trailers and misleading stage demos/discussions under the guise of a “Live Service Game” being (insert buzz words like dynamic, always evolving, and free content updates). Then they will charge $60 on Day One like Sea of Thieves and con all the suckers and release one soulless map with 1/99th of the amount of content of what was shown at E3 so you essentially GAVE them money for nothing – but then a a tiny content update will come a month later and all the gaming sites will call it a “Free Update.”

Just another Destiny clone to me.
