Modder ‘MrFroz’ has released a total conversion mod for GZDoom that brings together two classic first-person shooters; Doom and Blood. Blood: Dead on Arrival features eight levels and two secret levels, an arsenal of Blood’s weapons mixed in with some fun surprises like molotovs and an M60 and a combination of DOOM and Blood enemies.
All stages are original, featuring some nice little touches such as a few 3D floors and moving water. This total conversion mod also comes with some mini game like battle bosses, make a last stand, and get stalked by an unkillable enemy in these six remixed stages.
We strongly suggest giving this a go, especially if you are fans of both Blood and Doom. You can download the mod from here.
Have fun!

Doesn’t look coherent.
Not bad actually…not sure I like the idea of Doom enemies in Blood environments…but otherwise visually and gameplay wise looks well done.
if you want blood there is blood pulp fiction and french meat, alos a alone in the dark remake.
I’d love a co-op shooter where you could choose from a roster of 90s FPS heroes to fight monsters.
Please someone ever port or remake Blood, for god’s sake!!!
Check out BloodGDX it’s source port and it’s amazing. Guy had to work extra hard because its source code was never officially put out there. So he is working from some sort alpha source code and had to finish it himself, he is just a is champ!
It’s simply blood running great on modern systems with proper resolution, framerate and controls. There are also high-res sprites you can download (for enemies and your hands/weapons) on forums. Oh and also skyboxes! There is this small but really nice community around it.
He is still working hard on it but I played it like a month ago and it worked flawlessly already. Bought Blood: Whole Unit Of Blood thinking its re-release only to be greeted by DSbox emulation window…
BloodGDX was godsend!
