Russian website ‘ConsoleLife‘ has shared a new set of screenshots for Batman: Arkham Knight. Batman: Arkham Knight is powered by a heavily modified version of Unreal Engine 3, and is currently planned for a June 2nd release. Kudos to our reader ‘beq-beq’ for informing us. Enjoy!

The 2nd screenshot looks too advanced to be in-game. It might be from a pre-rendered cutscene.
none of them are ingame, obviously, and rocksteady is not trying to make us believe so.
Anything is possible with next-gen.
im not sure if you are being serious but…none of those pictures are posible on a ps4.
Don’t know what you’re on about. They don’t look impressive.
Drop your sony hate circle jerk for once
It is impressive, but is not ingame and i dont hate $ony, $ony is just a sh**ty company just like M$ or EA or ubi$oft.
I hate $ony fanboys to the bits tho
I am not even gonna argue with an asshate Sony hater.
And for your pleasure, I have a PS4 myself but I am not fooling myself as the game will never look like this on the weak ps4 hardware, on pc it’s of course another story!
F*CK, hope you’re joking dude. Nextgen if you mean the piss poor weak PS4/Xbone then NOOOO!
And pc is allways nexgen 😉
The new consoles is utter rubbish when it comes to power as their really aint no power there!
I think they’re all using real in-game assets, but were hand placed to create interesting compositions.
I wish they didn’t use chromatic aberration.
But muh cinematics? It will be a perfect fit paired with the cinematic 30 frames per second on the consoles.
It’s a scan of an image in a magazine, so it went from digital to analog then back to digital. That’s not chromatic aberration, that’s just good-old-fashioned deterioration.
I don’t mean these images in particular, all the game’s screenshots have CA. Especially visible on Arkham Knight’s helmet eyes.
looks crap. PC gaming with-held by crappy consoles again?
These are scans taking from EDGE magazine, hence the grainy quality of screenshots.
“The latest issue of the popular gaming magazine EDGE is now available. It is possible to find a great article devoted to the game Batman: Arkham Knight. Of course, there were fresh screenshots of the game. We offer the scanned images of journal pages.”
Thanks for the heads up! That explain 😀
Oh I see they are scans, that explains why they look so washed out.
Naah it looking okey’ish but yepp you are right there, Pc will/are allready held back by the new weak consoles im sad to say!
For taking those F*CKERS at Sony/MS 8 frikking years to put out the new consoles and they gave it just a small boost, it’s really pathetic!
And I can admit it I have a PS4 but I know that it’s crap, there is nothing more to be said. I just have it for the exclusive games.
But sure even with this POS hardware the games can look pretty good, Driveclubs weather are looking wery good but the rest just looks like a PS3 game!
I wish they were screenshots, a few years off me thinks.
“Screenshots”, right. It looks like it took someone a few hours to compose this in Photoshop.
Yeah, screenshots of artwork off somebody’s screen maybe. Pointless click bait article.
This is definitely going to be my GOTY. Looks sick.
