Ubisoft has released a new trailer for Watch_Dogs that is packed with 9 minutes of Multiplayer gameplay footage. According to the French company, Watch_Dogs aims to create a new multiplayer & immersive experience and this video showcases the game’s seamless multiplayer, the companion app and the 8 vs 8 decryption death match. Acording to the analisis from john (Very good one by the way) ,there is only 2 things removed from pc : anamorphic lens flare and the use of fog during a rain to enhance the atmosphere ,i personally dont give a damn about the lens flares since i didn’t even liked them at 2012 ,but if the fog effect is not removed ,just didn’t showed it then the pc version will not be downgraded at all.
Mmm no, unless you expect a next gen PC experience which is not going to happen on consoles especially when this is also on the old consoles.
Old consoles my ass ,the game was deved from the scratch for PC and since Xbox One and PS4 are X86 ,they just port it and focus one talented team to that console and there you got ,consoles milked to the bits ,is sad to see people that actually believe that console graphics will get better ,OF COURSE NOT! they will only get worse ,you could probably see a game on ps4 that looks like crysis 3 on very high settings on pc ,the problem would be that the game should be pretty lifeless and fully corridor room game ,no thanks.
dualshockers says the game looks good on the new video, in my opinion it looks average, even infamous looks better…bug go figure with that site.
Dualshockers claimed to test the pc version….which we all know is pure bullshit ,dude ,stop visiting dualshockers ,you’re giving them what they want.
there is another 7 or 8min footage from single player, not all of that 8mins are new but they show spider tank etc…
They still have to take in consideration that some of the platforms will have 10 times less power to run the game. You think that won’t limit anything? They can’t make two games perfect for each platform generation, not even within the generation as exclusive games are much easier to make look better.
The difference is so big that only lowering quality won’t make up the difference. Also it’s rather expensive to but more detailed models, more and better effects for one version and then left them even completely out on another. At some point you can’t lower the quality anomore, that’s why you don’t see GTA V on PS2 and this is the same thing but in a smaller scale.
I mainly meant bigger things, like size, modeling and amount of cars, buildings etc. GTA IV is old but I saw 11 hummers parked in a row and then the street ended, only if they had more memory and space every car would have been different. Same here but with maybe other things and idk how good job they will do with the higher spec systems.
