As we said a couple of minutes ago, Epic Games had something in store for us. So here is the company’s GDC 2014 trailer for Unreal Engine 4 that focuses on the engine’s features. Epic Games has also released a massive set of videos on the official YouTube channel of Unreal Engine, so make sure to check them out. Enjoy!

Maaaaaaan I want some Tech Demos time meow!!
UT 4 or we riot..
Let’s see the games. And please, devs, don’t make shitty games with this engine.
Hope someone uses this engine showing all its potential.
Batman Arkham City is the best AAA using Unreal Engine 3 as far as I can tell. Batman Arkham Night will be the game showing off what Unreal 3 can do for sure.
And at least for me Hard Reset while not being a masterpiece nor a technical marvel, shows off Unreal 3 in a good way too. For me is one of those Unreal games that I enjoyed the most and still remember.
Hope to see really cool games and environments using the awesome lighting and particle effects from Unreal. More open world games too since there are just a few (like Borderlands series) and some more SciFi/Cyberpunk alike (like Hard Reset).
Hard Reset didn’t use Unreal Engine, it was a custom one and actually turned out better thanks to being a PC game only.
Road hog engine…shadow warrior use the same also. The final product is awesome on both games.
Arkham City is most likely the best example for a good-looking game running Unreal Engine 3.
