Square Enix has released a tech demo video – via Gamespot – for its new cloud gaming service called Shinra Technologies. This tech demo shows some of this cloud gaming service’s capabilities. In this video we get to see a huge environment with 1 million trees, 16K independent AI entities, fully deformable terrain with multithreaded physics and realistic fluid simulations. It looks cool, so be sure to watch it!

John is the founder and Editor in Chief at DSOGaming. He is a PC gaming fan and highly supports the modding and indie communities. Before creating DSOGaming, John worked on numerous gaming websites. While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2. John has also written a higher degree thesis on the “The Evolution of PC graphics cards.”

This gen brings so many possibilities to devs!
Let’s just hope they utilize them!
That’s pretty awesome. But it’s still not a game. Are they trying to get developers to design games with this tech?
That’s just the pretense. Actually they are building up a mega-corporation, to take over the world. It’s morally despicable of course, but I have heard their pension benefits are really nice.
But a word of advice: Don’t mess with their reactors, you’re going to regret it. I know what I’m talking about.
Nothing new – http://www.pcgameshardware.com/aid,667508/DirectX-101-AMD-tech-demo-March-of-the-Froblins-with-AI-calculation-on-the-GPU/Reviews/?page=3 + https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sZ3qEBefmi4 + some nvidia technology and you can have something nice real time locally.
F Cloud.
Now there is some wise words 🙂

Lmao, azure is better.
This tech is mainly for console peasants.
