Driveclub has undeniable some of the best rain effects we’ve ever seen in a racing game. And while Project CARS looks amazing, its rain effects did not come close to those found in its big console rival. But that may change as Slightly Mad Studios is working on improving Project CARS’ rain effects. YouTube’s member ‘Darren White’ has released a video from a new version of Project CARS – that is not live yet – showing the improved rain effects. Do note that these effects are still WIP and are not final yet. Enjoy!

Rain in Driveclub more like physics based
The Rain in Driveclub has better physics than the cars in Driveclub.
driveclub is arcade game. It has pretty good and pleasant physics for arcade game.
Project Cars also needs 350 more cars to match Forza 6’s 450+ cars.
Haha not even CLOSE. No it isn’t actual physical water landing on the car or tracks, it is still a simple cosmetic, 10 year old, effect. Do you even know what the rain effects ARE in Driveclub to make such a bold statement?
exactly. Driveclub´s raindrops actually react to forces.
true, this is in no way close to drive club..don’t even know how they consider this rivaling drive club..
faggotry console peasants…. can you not see this is a WIP video?
Clickbait article as usual. I mean guys, it’s DSO.
